There’s not much else around that location - when the Keprimall eventually opens the neighbourhood should liven up but right now it’s a ghost town

I selected this facility for access to the golf course (Sukajadi) and the driving range and the easy walk to both was very convenient

Location far from the famous area and jetty terminal, But easy to get grab, there is not a big issue.

Value for money, Lower price with good service. nice hotel, breakfast included. Far from the mall but environment quiet, have quality of sleep. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Hotel and room facing an abandoned building although its under reconstruction. The room given at the end & last room. Didn’t feel comfortable and get-to sleep well on the first night.

Love the place with salon and spa under one building. Can get my hair done when my kids and husband is asleep at night. Appointment need to be made first. Staff there was nice. Breakfast spread and/or choice was decent and worth the price paid 😍

Soundproofing was on the low side. Literally can hear footsteps and chatters along the corridor. But that was secondary.

The Location - I booked this hotel because of the review were saying that the location is near to the mall with a good vibe. Unfortunately, the mall named Kepri Mall was closed down since Covid and it is currently under renovation stage. Therefore, there is not much we can do when we were at the hotel. We have to go to Nagoya city center which is much more happening. Spa - Unable to have the experience of having spa with this hotel due to fully booked. I though we can just walk in for the service, but we need to make a booking first. Not really a concern but definitely will do the booking later for the next trip.

1. didn't much like the bath-tub in the toilet, it looked pretty but not very stable. I think the pipes to the shower hose were not well designed, and felt a bit flimsy. 2. The hotel was located in an area that had a Mall and shops, which were all pretty much closed post-Covid. So it felt a little like an abandoned Western cowboy town which was a little sad.

1. We booked the Family Room, and the quality and comfort was a pleasant surprise. 2. I think employees from check-in to bell-hop to F&B and especially the Spa were exceptional. They made our stay very pleasant and welcoming. It was wonderful interacting with each of them. 3. Not far from the International Ferry Center, Batam 4. Easy to get a Grab taxi / car everywhere.

The drain in the shower area is slow. May have to have tt looked into. Breakfast items should be warm, it is quite cold when I tucked in.

Check-in and check-out is hassle-free. The place is truly clean. Beds and sheets are comfortable and the aircon gets cold very fast (daikin). The bathroom is a good size and is equipped with hair dryer and we are given toothbrushes. Body soap Nd shampoo provided. Water heater functioned well and water pressure ia quite good. Its a quiet area seeing that Kepri Mall has closed permanently. Breakfast selection is small but for the price paid, it is a still a steal i think.
