The walls maybe are too thin? Could hear people talking on the corridors and the room next door.

Honestly the the location was perfect for us. Close to the golf course and travel distance to other places of visit is not as far. Convenient to find food and hotel staff we super friendly especially our receptionist Ms. Nurul was so helpful. The rooms were comfortable and as per detailed during the booking. You get what you ask for if not maybe more. Kepri Mall is literally right in front of the lobby (although not many shops) and can have a nice meal as there are still a few good restaurants.

easy access, can rilex your body for do spa at second floor, you can go karaoke near the hotel，can go makan opposite hotel, bathroom design also ok, they put shanpoo nd soap in the reffil bottle so not waisted the empty botol nd throw the soap.

All the surrounding shops and the malls are closed, only left a few place for food. Almost like a dead town.

Location is bad, there's pretty much nothing in the vicinity. However, considering it's a spa hotel, the purpose of visit should be more of self pampering.

There is not much facilities around the area. Seems run down. The room have wet towel and cigarettes smell. The toilet is not very clean. And the lift is very small. Breakfast seems okay.

The rooftop is a good place to chill. The room is cosy and staff is very friendly. They have someone to assist you with your luggages. If im coming to batam on a tight budget, i wouldnt mind staying here again.

Location. Kepri mall is undergoing reno so one needs to taxi/grab to other malls. However we were told that the mall is opening at the end of 2024.

The spa is in the hotel. It is very convenient to spa at night n then just walk back to the hotel room. Room facilities are clean and the room is spacious.

Dark theme of rooms. At least curtains should be in light colour. It is very depressing feeling inside room if curtains are on.

I would give zero for location. The mall next to hotel had been closed since pandemic yet no reviewer on Booking mentioned it! Would not have book if we knew. The entire neighbourhood is a ghost town! Only 2 eateries and 1 sparely sticked convenient store. Looks deserted and unsafe. The shuttle to town only starts at 2pm so need to pay for taxi every trip! Breakfast was very limited and not much choices.

Room is clean which is expected of every hotel that's about it.

Not much facilities in the room. The room is warm and only 1 entrance card given. No iron and need to ask. Wifi is terrible. Cant have early check in even though the room is available. Need to pay extra 50000rupiah/room if want early check in.

Excellent hotel. Cleanest is superb. The staff were soo friendly and polite. Comfortable! Will book again next time 👌🔥 and lastly, everything you need is there! Etc, massage, nails, hair. Free shuttle bus and more.

Its not the hotel's fault due to the closure of the mall. Practically the area is dead at night.
