It says 24-hour reception, but the evening before I left, there wasn't anyone. Because I had an early checkout, I just left the key on the reception desk.

- The bathroom's door of the mix dormitory was so noisy, it was keeping everybody awaken -No curtains on the windows, so prepare a eye sleeping mask

-The area is easily accessible by Grab or Gojek. -The hostel looks really nice.

The bathroom is not great. No hot water. Not cleaned as often. Food at the restaurant is quite bad. Quite far inland, beach is a couple of kilometres away. They raise chickens who will wake you up at 3 am.

Staff are nice. Caters to every request you have. It's a beautiful space. The dorm is big and has extra seating.

• the staff speaks no or little English so we felt a bit lost as none of our questions/ wishes could be taken care of. communication was impossible. • we wanted to eat at the restaurant and made an order and got simply forgot, even though we were the only ones. • the area is really far from everything, you need a scooter to get around which can be quite dangerous in Denpasar. • We were given a room with no working AC and when we told the staff, they were well aware of the problem but let us change rooms only two nights later to a room where it was also broken. why did they rent rooms when they knew, there was a problem? • the restaurant has lots of dishes and drinks on the menu at first sight, but In reality they offer only a choice of three basic dishes. in all our time there, this didn’t change. the hotel is quite far away from everything so we were disappointed to not even be able to dine at the hotel restaurant.

• The property has a beautiful garden and the rooms are spacious.

While the hotel in itself is very pretty, I wouldn’t recommend to someone with a big need for hygiene. The rooms were quite moist, there was stains on the bed and it was not the cleanest place.

It‘s a beautiful place and seems to be rather authentic. When I arrived, there weren’t many tourists, so it was nice and quiet for arrival, to fight the jetlag. The pool is nice to relax in the sun. Down the street you can walk safely to some nice indonesian restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

in the room they had no towel or soap ..I had to ask for towel and get one asked again for one they said they don’t have ..as it has to be two towels but it’s okey I adjusted and seems like there some lights not working but all staff very good

Female solo travelers: be warned if the hostel owner offers you meditation/snorkeling whatever he names it and no one else is joining in. My ‘meditation’ happened to be 1.5h of a lot of body contact in the water.. I know the owner invited my room mate to a temple the next day where apparently everyone has to be naked? Maybe that’s how it works, but seemed very odd. And if that’s how ‘meditation’ goes you definitely have to inform a female before you touch her in certain places etc. it was definitely inappropriate and should be named as at least sexual harassment.

I paid for 6-7 days for a specific suite room and apparently i was told that i had to shift to a room in the hostel to make up for it as they dont have a room to spare. Kinda ridiculous how they managed guests around without even informing in advance. Worst is that i didnt even get a refund to make up for that last day. The place dont deserved to be called as hotel. Rooms weren’t clean either way, perhaps the owner doesnt even bother about the management i guess

It was really dirty, the sheet were probably not washed, the bathroom was not the most welcoming either and there was a lot of ants as well as a few cockroaches. Also if you want to sleep for long in the morning, it’s gonna be hard because the chicken are doing a lot of noise !

The people working there were really nice. The pool area was also enjoyable. It was good that the beds were that big and that the bottom beds had curtains ! I think with the price we paid it was correct.
