Wet area in the bathroom a bit smelly, as the hotel is quite new, it should be due to a technical problem with the sewage system.

Location and the airport drop/pickup service. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is not too fancy but provide quite some options for the guest.

almost nothing... only the route from the airport to this hotel and all hotel around... currently rather complicated.

overall facility are good, location very good for transit to the airport, nearby is not supporting for going around, to enjoy more the hotel, must use car/tax to go around. Breakfast are very nice, food and drink variation and served very well.

Close proximity to the airport, a Marriott hotel so it is a well known brand, good for a quick stopover for B&B… new hotel so everything is fresh, calm and quiet… check-in took a bit of time but it was ok. They were accommodative to provide the room ahead of check-in, since I just needed it for couple of hours only.

The location is strategic near the airport and easy to access The staff were very helpful and friendly I stayed in this hotel during Ramadhan (fasting month). The FO staff offered me sahur menu when I checked in.

Lack of signage around the hotel . Example no information in the elevator . I ordered in-room dining , no information which extension to call until I turned on the TV. Lack of amenities considering it is 4 stars hotel . I found it was a little noisy on the floor I stayed . I woke up because of noises after midnight

The Fairfield is right next to the Ibis Styles and is much better in every way possible. Newer, more modern, MUCH better AC, rooms are bigger etc, and for about the same price. The hotel has an on demand shuttle that you can book once you arrive at the hotel...only 5 mins drive to the airport.

No view at all. Area surrounding and road directly leading to the hotel from the airport is awful.

Brand new, classic style, great bed, wonderful floors, great breakfast, staff friendly, wonderfully cold room. Lots of electrical outlets! And they even had a washcloth!! Shower was fabulous with traditional shower head and rain. Location is great next to the airport. Airport shuttle available.

Only one minor area needs to be improved. The pumps on three bottles in the bath room have inadequate quality. They should not be presented in such a good hotel. Otherwise, everything is perfect,

Breakfast is good. Staff are nice and helpful. The location is incredibly good for transiting passengers from and to the airport. Everything is perfect, especially the service, including the professionalism of the staff. I must express my appreciation to the front desk lady who organized an out of schedule pick up, very impressive. I will come back next time when i travel to Jakarta again.

I wish they could be more flexible with free late check outs (I did get an hour but since my flight was in the evening it was still a bit early). The bread at breakfast was quite stale, but in hindsight I guess I could have just chosen the sliced toast.

This is a great place for a short transit between domestic and international flight for me. I prefer it because of the location making it easy to go back to the airport. The free wifi is reliable (I managed to have a zoom meeting without any glitches), and the breakfast is vegetarian friendly (I felt like I had enough protein).
