Nowhere to sit outdoors at the Hotel

Shuttle service. They only pick up/drop off every two hours set on their schedule. I didn't know this at the time of booking. For an airport hotel, shuttle service should be every 30 minutes or every hour. They were vague about pickup when I landed at 1:20pm and wanted to be picked up by 2pm. Their set times were 1pm or 3pm. I asked if I needed to take a cab or if someone would be there and they told me if they were available, they’d come. Not what I wanted to hear after a day of travel and no phone service. They did end up picking me up but caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I also wanted to leave for the airport at 5:30am, but they wouldn’t schedule it for me since their set times were either 4am or 6am. Food was so-so. I don’t know if this is because the hotel was so new and not many people where there or if I ordered food too early, but I ordered the Nasi Goreng around 3:30pm and when it was delivered to my room, the chicken satay was cold, dry, and very hard. The chicken thigh was somewhat warm, but again dry and hard. I think they just warmed up old food. I didn’t eat much of it, so I ended up ordering a second meal of Soto Ayam. That was pretty good, just wish the soup serving size was a little larger (I don't need rice when there's noodles in the soup). I also ordered the banana fritter desert that was supposed to come with chocolate sauce. But oddly it came with some sort of syrup that was not chocolate. It was tasty enough though. No where to sit outside. No balcony options or outdoor lounge access. They don't serve alcohol. But the wait staff did say "no alcohol YET." Maybe they just don't have their liquor license yet? No English movie channels. Access to a channel like HBO or any movie channel would be great for an international airport hotel. After 3 weeks of travel, I was looking forward to a good meal, a glass of wine, and a movie or two in bed before my long flight home the next day. I didn’t get any of these.

The hotel is new. The room are very clean. The hotel had a modern style. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great wifi - strong and easy to connect to. Attentive service. Fridge in the room. Hot water. I needed to print a couple of visas and they were happy to accommodate.

It was not clear at first where the free shuttle picks you up but after calling the hotel, they have a driver on their way within ten minutes. The surrounding area around the hotel is not very nice.

It was new and relatively close to the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick one night stay. The breakfast was quite good.

I was woken up at 02.20 by people in the next room arriving and making a lot of noise, an adjoining room. And other banging doors during the night.

Prices for a drink were exceptional high, out of proportion. 2 small cans of beer Rp. 217.000 (insane)

They are selling Marriot's name but this hotel was nothing even closer to Marriot. Room was tiny with no work table/computer table. There was one small glass table fixed to the floor near the corner where there was no power plug. Bath room was dark with very dim lights. They need to change the light of the bathroom same as bed room. Room was for two people but there was only one chair in the room which was dirty. Somebody droped something (not sure what - may be semen) and the hotel didn't bother to clean it or change the chair. Please see picture below.

Area was nice and clean compared to rest of the city. Hotel was closer to Airport. Hotel building was not bad becuase it looks like a newly built.

It looks close on the map but takes about 20 min to get to the hotel with a taxi. Hotel was bare bones with no available restaurant or bar. A circle K was down the street but that was it. No frills

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle in the morning was easy.
