We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When we arrived at Bogor we were soaking wet and not in a great mood but after arriving at the guesthouse it definitely made our day. The room was spacious and really clean and well maintained! Great shower (with warm water) and a good water pressure. Also enough space for your clothes in the wardrobe in addition to the drawers with the dressing table. The staff were all very helpful and polite. We will definitely stay here again next time when we visit Bogor.

NetherlandsThe noise in the hallway (2nd night), well past midnight. I had to end it, but still; A (shaving) mirror in the bathroom is missing; The room is a bit cramped. So is the bathroom. Somewhat petit and curious shower arrangement: but functional!

IndonesiaThe rooms don't have windows and are basic but the problem was soundproofing.Most days I would be woke up as someone talked on their phones outside the room or children ran up + down the corridor.Bit hard to find after dark.Even my Gojek drivers couldn't find it.Obviously , they cannot move but maybe a sign or two.
The staff were very nice.I had to print out PCR test results + one of the staff went to a print shop on his motorbike as I didn't know the area + didn't speak the language.The area is very interesting maybe because of a nearby university.Lots of coffee shops, clothing shops + local food shops.

The accommodation is nice and quite because it sort out of the way from all the busy roads. We had a good shower with hot water and although the room isn't that big, the lay out makes it functional and has space to put bags out of the way. There is great a Pizzeria in front of the indomaret store and are just 2 or 3 minute walk away. And a masakan padang is on the opposite street. We also liked the fact that within about 10 minute walk there are loads of good restaurants and cafes where people hang out.

IndonesiaNo English channels on TV.Bogor is more of a day city so would have liked to watch some TV in the evening.Soundproofing isn't good so don't expect to sleep much after 7am depending on the other guests of course.Shower isn't separate so when you have a shower the whole toilet/sink area will be wet.No windows.
The place is very clean.The location has many coffee shops ,shoe shops + food stalls very close..You can use kitchen for coffee/tea 24 hours plus they have plates if you bring home food.On a cul de sac so very little traffic noise.They also own a nearby laundry.I left my laundry went for a short walk + it was ready when I returned.Staff very nice.They helped me print some travel documents.Great value.

The staff are great and very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean with TV and A/c. If you want to be in good location Fasthaus is right in the middle of loads of restaurants and cafes. A 5 minute walk downhill there are loads of street food options and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction are some great restaurants and like burger, local fancy restaurants, cafe Gardens where people hang out and brano Pizzeria, probably the best in bogor.
