Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Some of the pool fixtures could do with refreshing. TV also needed replacing.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious and clean bathroom with lots of hot water. Nicely manicured gardens.

The rooms could do with being refreshed. There was some building works in progress so I guess improvements are happening. I was too laid back and lazy to check for myself.

If you like peace and quiet then this is the place for you. I read reviews that said that older people stay here and that really appealed to me and that's exactly how it was.

Unfortunately building works going on across the road were a little noisy at times. Not your fault but could stop some people from staying with you. Hopefully it does not go on for too long. A lovely little place, with a bit of TLC it could really be turned into a lovely little boutique hotel. Just looking a little tired and in need of some love. We enjoyed our stay as we did when we first stayed there almost 30 years ago.

Nice breakfast, convenient location. AirCon worked well. Rooms had everything we needed and the location is very convenient to everything.

Toilet bowl need to flush 2-3 time.The hotel garden and exterior building look old but they're still fixing slowly.

Location and price with breakfast was good compared with others hotels around.Swimming pool was clean and big.Room was clean,look new renovated.Beds were comfortable.The hotel buildings look like builded in 70s like others on Poppie lane 1 but most of rooms are almost complete for renovation but still quiet.Many restaurants and bars nearby.5-6 mins walk to Kuta beach.

No shower curtain. No blackout curtain or blind at the window so very bright in the morning. Bedside tables and lights very shabby.

Excellent location. Lovely pool, although could do with more shade for the loungers. Breakfast ok. Water bottles in the room would be a bonus. Rooms and grounds very clean. Great aircon in the room. Considering the location, a very quiet place. Great value for money.

Perfect location for a quiet hotel in Kuta area. The cost performance is very high. The staff was cool, not particularly enthusiastic, but very stylish. It's easy to get anywhere in the neighborhood.

We were 3 and we had to book two rooms even though there was a double bed and a single bed in both of our rooms. Rooms/bathrooms are a little old. Wifi is not working in each rooms.

Good location, pool was really great and nice staff. Beds were confortable. They were kind enough to let us stay until our cab came to pick us up to the airport. Good quality/price for Kuta.

not a lot. able to get clean towels and room cleaned when needed. Pool very clean. we thoroughly enjoed every moment of our stay. we will definately be back to stay. resturants and shops close by
