Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe variant of breakfast was so standart, nothing special. Some was not so good, like fried rice and fried fish were not fresh although the chef cooked the new fresh item after we complained about it.. Their quick response was 2 thumbs up. 👍👍
For us, this time the location is our priority... So stay here was good enough, near beach near mall.

United StatesA lot of flies, when we had breakfast. Hotel need to set up for flies not to fly away around the tables for guests. But i will be back for this hotel.
Location was perfect close to the airport. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. They have American Breakfast for foreigners, also have Oriental Breakfast Buffet for local people. So many choices food for breakfast.

IndonesiaWe travelled on a mini bus (Elf). However, the van was not allowed to park on the premise and the driver had to stay at another hotel. After the argument went back and forth, the van was allowed to park. However, at that time, the driver was already pissed off with the attitude of the security personnel and booked another hotel for himself. This incident was very inconvenient for us Maybe the hotel should have a clear policy on this. Of course when you book 6 rooms, you will travel in a bigger van.
We booked 6 rooms. The check in and check out were smooth. The Rooms were clean and reasonably spacious for 2 pax. Room amenities were sufficient. The pool at the top was nice to see the sunset and chilling out. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate for the price we paid.

Warm welcome and very fast response when did check in. CS put the high attention on the customer request and delivered the request as well. Air conditioner and water supply including hot water in bathroom did the function as well.

United KingdomComparing to the Favehotel in Seminyak, this one was pretty disappointing. The rooms were old and a bit uncared for, the breakfast wasn't as nice. I'd feel a bit more forgiving but this one is somehow more expensive than the much nicer one in Seminyak.
