shower area doesn't have any door ... When you shower , the water from the shower will spilt over to the toilet area ... And air con can be more stronger..and for breakfast you have to go out from the hotel building and cross over to the front Makan area called garden corner... For me it's a hassle....

Hotel was good... Location was very convenient...alot of Makan places and nearby Family spas as well... Near to Nagoya mall as well... breakfast was nice... Overall I'm satisfied... I will surely recommend this hotel .. I will come back again...

no minibar/small fridge in our room, hence couldn't store our drinks to chill.. water heater not in working condition, hence couldn't shower in warm water...

Might allocate shuttle from hotel to Main attraction which is Nagoya Hill Hypermart, it will be an additional advantage and superb services to attract more traveler.

Breakfast was good and authentic, located in the middle of Nagoya town and easily access. There's variety of Indonesian food down stairs. Everything seems new and we enjoy our stay cation.

The room without the fridge is not convenient us to purchase cold item, and also the sound insulation is very poor.

Hygiene is quite good and good value for the room with balcony. And the lobby is very convenient that a lot of food stall.

Breakfast is bad not much choices and the server were not happy when asked to top up the food coz its only at 8plus almost all gone. For room facilties u have to pay for the big mineral water

The room was bigger than expected, the bed and pillow is comfy and the hotel staff are very friendly. The location is good as there are food court just below the hotel and convenience store indomaret is just around the corner. Recommend for those who don’t want to travel a lot during your stay because you can basically get all the things that you want in that area.

The location. It's a food haven. Plus, we stayed over the 2024 New Year and had the best celebration there. There was even a countdown at the area and we got to enjoy the celebration and fireworks just from the balcony of our room! So glad we got to celebrate it there.

Floor could have been carpeted. The front view could have been more colourfully decorated to meet the colours of the hotel.

Location was prime. Transportation was in excess and food easy to get. Hotel was clean .

The condition of the hotel looks abit rundown. No hairdryer in most rooms. Breakfast selections quite limited and is across the hotel. For the price paid per night i would say its a bit disappointing.

Location was good, easy to grab taxi to most malls. Nagoya hill shopping mall is within walkable distance. There is a convenience store and eateries within the hotel itself. Staffs are pleasant and friendly.

They provided a bottle of water that they didn't say was chargeable until we were going to check out. Either than that the location of the accommodation and facilities nearby were excellent

We stayed at the 1 bedroom which was really comfortable for us as a family of 3. The room was very nice and had Netflix. The kitchen was not equipped at all except for pots to cook and some cutlery and a induction hob. But nothing to clean with. There is a water cooler available which is very convenient and a fridge. The location is so good and very central with lots to choose from in terms of food. There is a good mall about 10 min walk away and a cheap laundromat which was extremely convenient

Security. Although we must tap the card to press to our floor but I noticed that there are people who do not tap. There was a lady who followed us to our floor n pretending to look for room. When approached, she just walk off.

The bed & pillows are very comfortable. Wifi good and lot of eateries around. Very central and you can go to all the good malls less than 10mins by Grab.
