The lift can be quite slow and the buttons are not very sensitive, not a big issue.

The breakfast spread was good; staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Puji who remembered that I ordered peppermint tea the day before and asked if I want it again. He also suggested that I takeaway my next day breakfast because I have to catch a train at 730am; 4 water bottles were provided instead of the usual two and they are in glass bottle, less plastics; there are too many things that I’m happy about,I would come back again

overall, the hotel interior feels a bit dated staff had limited English The first room I was given was a back corner room on level 5, which was very long and dark. I asked if all the rooms were the same and they offered to move me to level 9. The second room was much nicer - light and with a good city view.

The gym could be improved, poor ventilation and could be modernized. The bathroom shower system is dated, and could be refurbished.

The breakfast arrangement was great, and the staff very attentive and friendly at all times. Fantastic central location would good access to all local attractions and easy access to the toll road entry and exit points. Nice big spacious: Classic King Room

Everything! This is an exceptional place to stay in Bandung! The service is impeccable and second to none! Bu Winni, Niwan and the entire team are all about ensuring customer satisfaction! Chef Feisal also went above and beyond preparing a surprise Balinese dish for my wife! A work of art and extremely delicious! The property itself is a beautiful Dutch colonial building in a prime location. Thank you so much Four Points Bandung for the memorable stay! We will be back!

Location is not on walking distance from the historical centre of Bandung (Braga Street etc). Transportation is easy to order from the hotel (bluebird). Elevators can be slow during peak hours, esp. when conferences & weddings are on in the week(ends).

Very friendly & professional staff throughout the hotel, esp. the team in the breakfast & dining room and the reception desk. Rooms are clean & spacious, no street noise around the hotel. Quality of the food and breakfast is very good, lots of choices in the morning. Nice pool and gym accessible from 2nd floor.

They don't seem to be familiar with the booking.com system. It's annoying when your booking was confirmed by booking.com (free cancelation until 23.59 the night before, pay at the property), but the property contacted me a day before and insisted that I have to pay for the whole stay otherwise they would sell the room for other people who needed a room. Weird. Maybe booking.com needs to review the partnership with this property.

The location is very good, walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. Room size & the cleanliness is good, all the staff and security are very good. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bandung.
