Breakfast spread was good and they even changed the menu on my second morning here. They also had an indomie station, love that there were different flavours to choose from. The staff were very accommodating, they received my lapis delivery and helped to keep it while I was out. I placed a do not disturb sign when I left the room for the day, but the staff was so kind to text me to confirm if any housekeeping was needed. They were truly attentive.

Rooms weren’t exactly soundproof. Could hear the music from outside, especially that one day where the hotel had an event at the pool. For some reason, music was also blaring at the corridor one morning.

Was close enough to a few shopping malls. Rooms were new, stylish and clean. Staff were very friendly.

The rooms were not sound proofed so it can be noisy and disruptive for light sleepers. The pool was also extremely basic and water was not the cleanest.

The rooms and common areas were very clean. Hotel was also very generous with bottled waters, towel changes etc. Breakfast was decent. Staff had great attitude and overall, a good stay.

The location of the hotel is saturated at the corner of batam, therefore there is no malls nearby. However batam Grab is very convenient.

Enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Kay was one of the staffs that gave such a great experience. As for the breakfast, it was average. Comfort wise for the room was excellent.

To have more flexibility on late check out available on non-peak day like weekday would be very much appreciated for business traveller.

I didnt like the state of the pool, and I think it can be decorated better to fit the overall feel of the hotel. I realised the craft beer ads, but on the bar there wasnt craft beer available. Otherwise, the property was great!

The room were perfect, clean and relaxing. And services were timely. Location is not bad, its easy to get around places within 10-15mins cab right.

The swimming pool closed early at 8pm. This is due to a lifeguard not being present in the hotel. SECURITY is Very Good at the hotel therefore the access card is very important to go everywhere. Do not forget your room card as it will be an inconvenience.

Staff was very cheerful and helpful at all times. Always greeted us when we met be it in the lobby or common corridors. Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of cuisines.

During rainy days only small towel were put on the floor for wiping shoes instead of floor mat. Doesnt really give good view.

Check in and check out process was smooth, but only 1 key card provided. Hard for us to go out and come back at different time.

During our stay, there was a slight power trip that happened. Everything was fine, power came back on within 3 - 5 mins. But it would be helpful, if there is an announcement to inform us of the situation so as not to create panic situations for the guests.

We like that there is staff around the lobby area always ready to serve. Breakfast was good & nice. Worth the price. Location seems little far from the Malls, but manageable with GRAB services.

Breakfast variety weren't as many as other four points, but i think this depend on number of the guest. still lots for me, just not as many as other similar branded hotel in other cities.

Their hospitality! Feel warm on how the staff treat guest. Was a bit unwell back days during the stay. They offer a cup of ginger drink to comfort me. 2 days in a row. I Felt touched, Thanks Mbak Esa and Esti (i forgot the name). definitely will comeback here when i visit Batam in the future.

Windows not soundproof. We can hear vehicles zooming past. Sounds from the room can be heard along the corridor.

Near the ferry terminal. Spacious, clean and comfortable room.. even we are on smoking floor, it is not overwhelmed by any cigarette smell. Still smell fresh and clean. A lot of amenities nearby Friendly and helpful staffs
