Need more wifi router

The view is nice, Room is clean but there is no Air conditioner so at night the room was a bit hot. Restaurant should add more menu

I feel like for all the staff they have working there they could do a better job of keeping the beach clean. 2-3 people tops would have it cleaned in an afternoon.

Freddies is quite nice. Our second time there.

shower head - water pressure quite slow for shower head, so i think a smaller shower head size would be better toilet door lock - it quite rusty and my friends are lock twice from inside, luckily they managed to unlock the toilet hahaha

view - superb environment - relaxing & soothing beach - windy but super nice safety - feels safe with the environment and locals ride - motorcycle ride is the best with the road surface feels free and can released stress

The hot water from the shower wasn't working at first. It took the staff about 2 hours to fix it. At first, they promised to get us another room if the problem couldn't work in 30 mins, but they just kept fixing it. Luckily we booked two rooms, so we took turns taking a shower in another room. The walkway is VERY slippery, and each of us almost fell at least once!

The wonderful view of the beach! We arrived early, and we were allowed to have early check-in!

The place is very noisy. Especially since there are a lot of tourists coming to this place to take pictures all day, there is not a lot of quiet.

Just -1 star because the food was just okay. Everything else was great

Very nice staff! We had a bungalow with ocean view which was just beautiful. You can snorkel at the beach, the reef is absolutely stunning. For women it’s fine to wear a bikini at the beach. The room was very nice and clean, we even got our own water container to refill our bottles.

The ventilation holes at the wall ceiling should be closed with mosquito net to avoid lizards, spider coming into the room

The room was small but had everything with it. It was noisy. Restaurant on site was not good at all.

The staff were great! So accommodating! We got stuck with the express rooms that we didn't like and they allowed us to earlier check out as they did not have the sea view rooms available. Everything was clean.

There was no mention of having to pay for the snorkels and masks so after 5 days we got a bill for all of the rentals which was quite a lot. This should be free or at least put up a price list that's visible. The food was ok but not great..Sorry to say but the food at Casa Nemo was much better. Plus there are loads of staff members just sitting around. I had the feeling that it caters more for the locals than tourists and the locals do like to stare and watch what you are doing. Regularly groups of 8 or so men would watch my wife showering off the sea water after snorkelling without a care in the world and she was respectfully dressed. The locals seem to love a good beach but just for photos and they don't actually get in the water but us crazy Westerners must be a spectacle especially to see a woman and kids snorkelling!

The location can't be beat. It's right on the best beach on the island and the snorkelling directly in front of Freddie's is absolutely superb. We saw turtles, moray eels, puffer fish, snakes, stonefish and more and our kids became so confident that we could watch them from the restaurant whilst they snorkelled. The little platform 20m out is also great as it gives you a break from all the snorkelling..The beach is stunning and really clean. The staff are very friendly and.the food is not bad although breakfast is a little bit boring. The room was ok but no Aircon which was needed and it felt just a bit unclean. I had the feeling that the locals got all the best rooms whilst we got shoved away in a corner.

Everything was good. If you are expecting 5* luxury you might be disappointed as the rooms have a characterful and rustic feel rather than being the height of luxury. It would have been helpful to have a list of prices (e.g. snorkel hire) in the rooms or at reception.

Beautiful location, right on the beach with amazing snorkeling in the shallow waters (water shoes recommended for getting in and out)! Family room were large with a great view over the water. The staff were so helpful and kind. They were always looking to improve their service. Restaurant was great.

They were doing some building work which wasn’t ideal but it didn’t affect us having a fantastic time here.

Great location. Helpful staff at the reception, not to mention Freddie's personal touch with his welcome introduction and his advice on transport and its prices in messages before our arrival. Good restaurant. Wifi works well. The bungalow with the seaview was the best choice.

Hopefully they will install AC in the future as the weather is so hot and the toilet facilities is not as i expected. Shower not working properly.

Room view is superb, we booked a room with seaview. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. All places are nice to take pictures. If you visit Sabang you must choose this hotel at least 1 night.

No iron in the room, the towels not so clean and the dinner service at the cafe/restaurant was bad. We had to wait almost 2 hours until we got entertained by the staffs. I believe this property can improve their services!

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Not forget the view from our bungalow was great, you can even heard the waves and it was so calming. Will recommend to everyone who are willing to travel to Sabang, Aceh!
