The location from the google map could only be reached by car.

The location is near to the center, bed was very comfortable and i slept very well even though with only fan (it wasn't hot). Staff was very helpful, he took time to pick me up by his bike to the homestay! The shower also has hot water, free kitchen to cook and free coffee and tea which is a plus! I'd recommend!

Unfortunately, the place needed a deep cleaning. Some things weren't working well and there were mosquitos at night (without nets over the bed). It seems more a good place to crash in groups after partying... we chose quickly our homestay but unfortunately, this one was way too pricy for the quality.

We rented the house in the back of a small alley. We really appreciate the silence at night.

The place is close to the Palace of the Sultan. You also can walk to Malioboro street in 15 minutes. There are enough cheap places to eat nearby. The owners and the staff are friendly and helpfull. The room was good in size with a good bed and bath room. You can have free cofee and tea and refill your water bottle for free.

The room is located so that you can hear every single person moving in the house, between the kitchen, the staircase and the hallway. If you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend ear plugs!

The description of the room did not line up with what the room looked like. I took a picture of my Thomas the train blanket on the bed because it was really funny.

It was close to the palace and it was quiet at night. The air-conditioned worked well. The staff are friendly.

Nice homestay in good and quiet location. The owner is very nice and you can rent a motorbike there. The accomondation is very simple. The room is big and there are 3 shared bathrooms. The mattress is a bit thin. But for some days ok.

Communal area of kitchen and outside could be a bit less messy

Very cute property, lots of plants and character. Also had washing facilities (bring your own detergent) and washing lines and hangers outside. Also had a communal toilet downstairs and one attached to our room en-suite. The hosts were very kind and helpful to us whenever we came to ask them for help planning our travels. Property also had nice communal seating areas such as the cushions in the upstairs foyer.

In the bathroom wasn't a sink. It's ok for a few days but it's a bit annoying. We knowed by booking, but still it's a bit.

The location is in a quite area. You are close to a nice restaurant/ Café and it's around 10 minutes walk to an indomaret. There is a cheap laundry service nearby (5min) but you can use the washing machine in the accommodation if you want. The AC was really good but also necessary. The staff is super friendly. You zan rent a motorbike/ scooter via the accommodation. We paid 75k for 24h. There is free water and hot water next to the room.

Super friendly people. The private room with AC was fine and comfy. Clean, some aunts in the bathroom but that wasn't that bad. You can use the kitchen to cook and rent a good scooter for a good price (75.000 per day).

good value for money. the staff was super nice. they really tried to help us with everything and gave us good information. Lucy was a very good host ! also we had a kitchen we used, that was perfect for us. we rented a scooter for a fair price :)

The shower was leaking and didn’t have any water left by the third morning.

The location was the best we could have imagined, very central and in the nicest part of the city but quiet. The staff was very friendly!

Everything was superb. It doesn’t get better for this price. Free use of indoor kitchen. Laid-back atmosphere. Rental of motorbike with no paperwork involved and low price as well. So many bathrooms, each equipped with a showerhead that has high pressure. Free lockers with no deposit. Safety standards are all met. Beautiful, quiet, green (safe) neighbourhood with narrow streets, everything needed in walking distance. Wi-Fi is amazing with no issues whatsoever. Staff available via WhatsApp at all times, very understanding and welcoming. Towel provided, curtains for privacy and fairly comfortable mattress. Had the 4-person dormitory for myself for 4 nights, although this (hopefully) will not always be the case.

The guesthouse is full equiped: big kitchen, many shower rooms, rest areas and free laundry. But the best thing about Garser Homestay is Lucy. She was very kind with us, letting us keeping our bags until late night, inviting us to try some food, and giving us really good suggestions about what to do. They also rented us a motorbike for a reasonable price. Thank you Lucy!! Eskerrik asko!
