The food is not really fresh. The toilet not clean. There is also weird smell in the room.

ITS ONLY TOILET......

Toilet bowl - please brush!!!! - I always noticed hotel in Batam hotels 3 or 4 stars hotels the toilet bowls are not that clean and shiny not brush proper and sink are not shiny. Hopefully Booking.com please take NOTE!

Buffet breakfast does not refill quickly, and certain items, like as porridge, are cold.

The room is rather spacious and nicely located and clean. Walking distance to BCC, Grand Bantam Mall, and other restaurants and massage/spa facilities in the surrounding neighbourhood. Staffs are alert.

If possible to issue another card for utilities supply as a norm, and to consider a late check out at 2 pm if there is no immediate checking in of guests...just a suggestion

Strategically located with easy access to shopping, eating n entertainment facilities, the warm hospitality accorded by receptionist n cafe staff will draw me for another stay here....

The room was generally clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a great job. However, the toilet would have some sewage smell at the end of the day, probably due to the old age of the building. Can place an air refresher in the toilet to mitigate this.

The space of the room was huge and the location is great! Stayed here quite a number of years ago, can see that some of the old furnitures are replaced. The staff were all very friendly and nice!!

When I ask for extra door as my partner doesn’t want to wake up to go for breakfast or going to wet market I cannot have extra key card and I had to ask the guard to escort me all the way to my room door which is not very convenient

Almost nothing other than the connectivity on the cable tv (program gor disconnected during the live telecast of a sports event during the last mins of the game which was a little annoying but otherwise it was all pretty good.

Room was clean and facilities were adequate and functioning well. Water pressure was good. Kudos to the 3 ladies at the reception. Despite being pressured by many guests on the readiness of the rooms during check in( due to some delays with housekeeping), they never failed to continue serving with a smile. There were also some cold refreshments at the lobby for guests waiting to check in which was appreciated. Cable tv programme selection was good thou the connectivity seems to be unstable/laggy at times

Ironing board + Iron is upon request. The ironing board could be better. Hotel breakfast variety is limited. Power points are limited.

Location is good - walking distance to BCC Mall, Grand Batam Mall, plenty of massage/spa places, nearby cafes Hotel room is clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
