The owner is super friendly and kind. Helped me book a trip to the islands and offered a free pickup from the airport and breakfast. It's a short 9 min ride by scooter to the city centre, which I could also rent from the place. Great service. Will come again.

The path to the rooms can be slippery so you have to be quite careful, it’s okay but use your torch in the dark.

Tommy lives up to his reputation in all the other reviews, he is a fabulous, helpful and super friendly host - he really makes your stay! All of the staff are really smiley and nice to be honest. The breakfasts are delicious and always come on time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The AC and Wi-Fi work really well. Although you’re not in town, it’s a short 5-10 minute drive in and Tommy was able to organise a scooter for us, as well as collection from the airport. We stayed here for 5 nights while we did diving and explored Labuan Bajo and really enjoyed it.

This was absolutely perfect for the night before a boat trip. Tommy was amazing, he met us at the airport, rented us a scooter and helped us sort laundry out. Delicious breakfast too.

Everything was perfect: from pick up at the airport to the possibility to use the storage room and let my backpack for a few days. Good communication in english. The bed is comfortable. Banana pancakes are so good. I recommend this place without any hesitation. If you don't drive a scooter you can easily find Grab to go to the city center.

Gio’s place was a great stay. We initially only planned for 2 nights but stayed for 5 nights because of Tommy’s amazing hospitality. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast was tasty. The real selling point is Tommy though, he was so friendly and helpful during our stay. Would recommend!

The behavior of the staff was absolutely excellent! The owner wrote to me on whatsapp with a reminder that the price includes a transfer from the airport. Then he took care of us the whole time, recommended us places and restaurants and even lent us motorbikes. I've never seen such friendly behavior anywhere. I recommend! Thank you so much!

We booked 2 nights at Gio’s place during our trip to Flores. The room was just what we were looking for : clean, functional, quiet (10mn drive from Labuan Bajo center) and at a great price. Tommy the owner made us feel instantly welcome and was extremely helpful & available. We were able to rent a scooter for the duration of our stay & an airport shuttle was arranged for us free of charge on departure, which was incredibly convenient. This is the perfect place for anyone looking for a comfy place to stay after a day of exploring !

I like it in general but If I should say something to improve maybe the breakfast is a bit basic but worth it for the price. All perfect!

Tommy and Rifaldo are so kind and makes you feel at home. The place is comfortable and in a quiet local area. You will need a scooter to drive in 10 min to the center. The hotel also rent you one which is so easy.

The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. He also drove us to visit a nearby cave and he waited for our tour to be over, then dropped us off in town. Super friendly! Breakfast to go if you have a tour. Close to city centre, but in a quiet area where you can't here the prayer calling.

The rooms are clean, well mantained and have everything you need. You can choose from three different breakfast options. They provide water and offer the possibility of renting motorbikes. The owner and worker are incredibly nice and helpful. They pick you up and drop you from and at the airport and help you with anything you need. We really enjoyed our stay there and totally recommend it!

We had a great stay in Gio's place. Rivaldo at the front desk was top! He is so friendly and helpful with all the questions and requests you might have. The room was spacious and clean. They made a nice breakfast for us early in the morning before giving us a ride to the airport.

The owner is the kindest person in the world! He picked us up in the airport and even gave us a ride to the city center. The breakfast was amazing, always at the time we requested, even when it was really early he packed it for us 😊

The shower head just give us a bit of water drop, so we had to took a long time to shower. But its fine, we had enough time :)

Our host Tommy is a really nice and funny man. We were picked up from the airport and drop off to the town for food. Pretty kind serving from the host :) We’re traveling as a couple and enjoyed our stay in Gio’s Place. The room has an electric water boiler so we can cook tea in the morning. We had a great breakfast served from the hotel.
