Absolutely everything! This was the most beautiful property we have ever stayed in, a true luxurious paradise:) The staff matched the standard completely. Such kind, helpful people - they truly made us feel like royalty!

You need a taxi to go anywhere but that suited us as we just wanted to relax and recover ….taxis were there quickly when wanted…beach not to far away.

Traditional beautiful villas..we had a private pool which was heavenly….outside seating lounging tea..very private..the architecture is true Balinese …very beautiful. Breakfast delivered to the villa, friendly sweet staff… nice restaurant and spa …it’s small amd personal and as private as you wish ….the gardens are stunning.

So many mosquito bites! They provided spray in the evenings for the rooms but it was too late/didnt work. The map takes you up the wrong road so can be confusing to locate but most taxi drivers understand.

Amazing villas, so peaceful and beautiful. Staff are exceptional, especially the lady on the reception (sorry forgot to get your name!). Security at the bottom of the drive so you feel very safe. Very accommodating when we wishes to stay in the main pool area after check out before a late flight. Breakfast was very good. Loved the spacious room & outdoor bathroom. Tank of water available in the rooms. Loved everything!

- Mosquitoes and insects - Quality of food and drinks - c/mocktails too syrupy - Communication with customers - hopefully it could be improved in the future because when we stayed there a huge birthday party meant some common areas of the property were closed and it was noisy until late at night.

- Very good value given the size of the pool villa - Views overlooking the Benoa harbour and the toll road - traditional Balinese-style decor

The room was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in - to when we left. It would be perfect for a couple on their honeymoon. The shared areas of the hotel were nice and have a good lookout over Nusa Dua. The villas are so beautiful.

This place was beyond my expectations. Rooms are confortable and large. Staff is adorable and specual mention to Yani and Adit that made everything to make us feel confortable at any moment. More than recommended!

Location advertised as Nusa Dua, but it is not in the central part of this resort and is a little out of the way if you are expecting easy access to the beaches etc. That said the hillside views and relaxing atmosphere more than compensate for this.

The staff are quite simply amazing!! Villas are good quality, clean and well maintained.

Our stay at Giri Bhagawan was unforgettable. The property has several bespoke styled and completely private villas. Our initial booking of 4 nights turned to 7 and we ended up staying in 3 of their best villas. Sweeping views of the valley. This stay wouldn't have been made possible without the help of the staff who often went above and beyond in their dutiful care of our needs. Adit Yudi Yani Ratna Ratni James Thank you all! We had an unforeseen issue during our original itinerary with another accommodation booked in a neighbouring area. We were supposed to check out and check into that property. One day before checking in, we were informed by that property that they've overbooked their vacancies and as a result won't be able to take us in, this was one day before Nyepi day. Yudi helped me call the other property to confirm and I got onto booking.com customer service. By next morning Yudi at reception extended us accommodation during our distressed period and we ended up staying at G.B for another few days as we loved it here. Another evening while it was raining heavily and roads flooded, we had to cancel our anniversary dinner reservation which would have meant 100% of table cost forfeited, this was at one of Bali's high end restaurants. Adit managed to speak to the restaurant on our behalf and negotiate a reschedule smoothly. Extremely grateful to everyone working at G.B.

It has all you need if you’re looking for a private hidden little gem. The staff had high attention to detail and no request was hard. They went above and beyond and provided the best customer service. They even surprised us with a delicious Birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday! They have the option of onsite spa and massage- the flower bath was lush. Recommend staying here for a short or long stay- as they have the option of onsite cooking facilities and are a short trip to restaurants and the airport.

Love the place.....impressive! The ambience & architecture is to die for. I love all the intricate decor. Personalize treatment is really great. You can opt to dine in the villa or at the restaurant. The staff are ever friendly & polite. Complimentary massage is an icing on the cake. Will come again definitely.

The noisy gecko in the middle of the night.

Absolutely gorgeous villa with a massive private pool and an outdoor bath/shower setup. The resort manager was welcoming and helpful. Made great effort to make sure we were comfortable.

Food and WiFi could be better. In the area, there is not much around. We stayed two nights and it was the perfect amount for us to settle in.

We stayed in a private villa and it was gorgeous! Such a great experience and super specious. The bed was a super king size and extremely comfortable. The staff were really friendly and always happy to help. At the spa, I had one of the best massages in my entire life. Furthermore, it is only 20 minutes from the airport. The open bathroom is cool but very open meaning that you can expect some creepy crawlers from time to time.

Being outside there was plenty of insects and animals that took a little bit to get used to as some made a lot of noise but to be expected in a tropical environment. Location was central if a lttle out of the way but not convenient to tourist areas without transport which was readily available. While food was well priced it seemed like it was made offsite and delivered so at times not as fresh as could be.

The privacy, and room facilities were great, especially the pool. Water and air conditioning was welcome. staff were nice and went out of their way to be accommodating. The outside layout was a fun experience. Reasonable food and drink prices.
