The room we were in for the first 2 nights was disrupted each night as there were dogs roaming each night and barked all night. Changed rooms with pool view but than get woken up at 630am each morning with screaming kids in the pool. There was no fridge (it was like a wine cooler not good at all ) to keep drinks cold. Had to ask for ice everyday to have cold drinks. Otherwise we enjoyed our time.

not too many options for breakfast, a lot of the food was cold. the shelf to put shampoos & soap on in my bathroom was loose from day 1 & eventually came off, the shower head holder didn’t do its job, the pool bar was closed down.

the fact that it’s a resort in the middle of the city. the building is pretty. the pool facility.

There's a leak in the bathroom sealing , not sure if the ventilation was working, kinda smelly when we arrived had to ask for perfume spray. We booked 2 rooms, other was perfect but didn't have pool view

It dose need some paint and some new shower head. You could also do with some better doors as sometimes the doors were hard to close/lock There was also no Mini fridge there was a cooling fridge which didn't keep food cold but just kept it Add a temperature from what I understand. The rooms can be a little noisy sometimes but they're not super loud.

The staff where super nice 👍the room I booked wasn't available so thay upgraded us. the room was clean. There Breakfast was nice Not a lot of options but was still good. Definitely would recommend this place if you want to stay more in a hotel

Cleaning could be improved. There was a razor left in our bathroom. Also saw tiny cockroaches near the wardrobe.

Day visit was a perfect stopover after checking out and killing time before the airport. Massage was fantastic value.

The shower area needs to renovate.

The hotel was beautiful. I love the design of hotel. The pool , the room & lobby area and breakfast everything was wonderful. The bath room needs to renovate and maintain more especially the drainage system. There was lots of water after we shower. Apart from the problem it was great stay!!

Our room with city view is too noisy because in the front of main busy road. Bathroom must be renovated, there are some broken tools in the bathroom. The towel must me changed with the new one.

Big variety of breakfast and big room. They have quite big garden with pool and facilities, not to many hotels have garden in the center of the city.

nice resort nearby the airport. good affordable stay for a night for transit. the staffs were friendly and accommodating. I actually left my bag in my room and the staff were nice enough to assist me on keeping the item safe and passing it to grab driver to pickup for me.

Bathrooms were a bit outdated and bathroom door blocks a lot of space in there. The shower was a bit dirty and plumbing was slow so shower base filled up with water quickly.

Spa facilities and the lovely ladies who work there were fantastic. Room service and pool side food was so simple and easy. Breakfast staff were all so friendly with a good choice of foods and always plenty to eat.

The menu for breakfast was a lot, but not really good.

The room is very spacious, yet the price is cheap. The hotel itself is very big and luxurious, although the wall outside was quite mouldy.
