Great facilities, awesome restaurant and an even better rooftop bar and pool with an outstanding view. Staff are also outstanding and make the stay a truely enjoyable experience. Special mention to the afternoon team at Senja who really went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the best location of Ubud Centre. So glad we chose here away from the chaotic street traffic. The infinity pools were so good with relaxing floating bean bags to enjoy the beautiful view of Ubud forest. Staff were so attentive and welcoming.

The infinity pool overlooking the jungle was sensational, we enjoyed our time spent there and some amazing sunsets. Breakfast a la carte was delicious. Taxi service from the airport was quite expensive (but very reliable - they even had a chair for the baby in the back seat). The Spa was also very expensive to book

The location is very good, you are with a few minutes walk in Ubud center but it is very quiet at the same time. The staff is extremely flexible - they have an “a la carte” breakfast but we could order anything we want (and they even reminded us next day what we had the day before).

The fact that our pool was never able to be “seen” by the sun was a downside since the pool was always a bit cold. Also, the laundry service was not good.

Great resort just next to the jungle. Having a breakfast in the gazebo near the jungle tree tops is a great way to start the day. Restaurant makes some tasty food, no matter what is ordered.

Amazing location within Ubud... just one street off the main street but feels like another world away with a cliff top position overlooking the jungle. Great pools, both in the Villa and in the resort with fantastic views. Such a great place to just relax there were days when all we did was stay in the resort! Staff couldn't be better - super friendly and always welcoming.

The only negativ thing I can say are: - the price for the room, the food and the spa - the missing information during the day tour

We have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we absolutely loved this hotel. We booked it with an airport pick-up and we are so glad we did it. When we arrived we had a big delay but the driver was waiting and everything was working out really well. The driver was very kind and we got a bottle of cold water and a cold towel. We were so glad for this. The trip to Ubud was also very smooth. Also the check-in was very smooth and the receptionist was very kind. In general the hotel staff were so friendly and kind. The room we have stayed was absolutely gorgeous. It was so big and very nice. Also the pool was great. The food was amazing. We loved it. Only the price are bit higher than out of the hotel. The price for the spa is compared to outside of the hotel too high so we went to a spa outside of the hotel. We also booked a private tour with the hotel for 8h. The hotel told us the driver will also be our guide. It was a really nice tour. The driver/ guide was very nice and kind, but we had wished for that he would tell us a bit more about the temple, history and culture. Even if I asked him, we didn't get a lot information out of him. Maybe it was a miscomunication of the hotel that the driver was also the guide, but we had the impression that the driver/ guide was more just the driver than the guide. So saddly we didn't get a lot of information during the tour. But overall we had a very nice day tour and this is about the information is complaing on a high level 😉. The monkey forest is by foot about 20 min away and really worth to see it. At the check-out day we had to leave before 7am to catch the ferry and couldn't get breakfast. So we asked the day before about the check-out and they offered us to prepare a breakfast box. I guess I never got in an other hotel before a breakfast box. They prepared so a lot. It was amazing. We had food for almost the whole day😅.

I rate it 11/10. This place is exceptional, the staff, their attention to detail, the extra mile they go to for guest requests, and this is all done with a friendly smile. The best boutique hotel I have ever stayed in👌🏽❤️. Highly recommended and I will be returning with my family. Had a restful amazing time.

If anything, the prices of the restaurant/bar are a bit expensive, which does not encourage to eat in. On the lower floors, the view of the suites is hindered by a black construction fabric.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 kids (5 and 8 years old) at Goya Resort Hotel. The place is very quiet, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The staff and services were great. Breakfast options were perfect for us and the kids were super happy. The balinese message was great.
