The room is spacious with the balcony facing the beach. They have various kind of food for breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The also have beachfront restaurants you can have dinner while enjoying the sunset. Water sports are also available there.

Bathrooms needed a bit of attention and given we did ask for a ground floor and the traffic was noisy. We stayed there for New Years Eve a few years ago and there was great entertainment which being Independence Day we thought there might be some entertainment.

It’s a lovely big resort. The rooms are spacious and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was nice and the resort was very clean.

Nothing on the hotel as it was nice. On Senggigi itself there is not too much to do except from Senggigi beach. When you arrive at the harbour, as soon as you jump off the boat, you get attacked by some unfriendly and aggressive people trying to sell you a taxi. There is no grab available. Given that these guys are not even friendly I advice to lower them the price. Don’t pay more than 250000 idr to senggigi from bangsal. Even 200000 would still be high in my opinion. Maybe taking more time to look around if there is a taxi parked somewhere outside is a better strategy.

Hotel very nice and clean. Breakfast had a large selection of food. Location very close to fast ferry pier and close to restaurants. Pool was big and staff very friendly. Bed very large and comfortable. If I visit Lombok in future, will definitely stay at Aruna again.

They gave me a room with a indecent bathroom (dirty mirror and water), I reported the issue and they changed the rooom. Staff could be more proactivel.

Really nice resort but some parts of it need to be renewed. The two pools are great. Breakfast is good but they could offer more fruit options.

It's a difable friendly access. It has difable-friendly park right in front of the lobby, it's very important as I am difable. The whole hotel facility can be accessed by wheelchair. Good job management!

The rooms were very dated, we stayed here twice out of necessity, the overhead shower didn't work in either room, on our second stay the air conditioning didn't work. When we informed the staff the rectified it very quickly. The rooms are nicely decorated but show signs of being refurbished, also there were a lot of little insects crawling around the room.

The hotel looks modern and must have been recently refurbished but it still shows signs of being an older hotel in the rooms. There are two nice pools and the outside area is nice, the bar upstairs is also nice but was empty when we stayed there. They also have water fountains around the hotel where u can get free, cold drinking water.

Please do consider to change sometimes music inside the restaurant at breakfast time. We heard so long the same during 3 days ( even nice music !) that we still have it on brain two days after !😀

They have tremendously loud live band on level 3 of their resort, this doesn’t align with the resorts ambiance. One the first night I had to request a quieter room at 10 pm after travelling. I was moved to a garden room which was slightly improved. I had decided to move the next day. But the manager offered a luxury suite room with ocean view so I stayed. However, I wore earplugs every night as I was now next to the nightclub of a different venue!!

It was very clean and comfortable beds. Very responsive staff. Happy to help
