The bbq night was a little underwhelming. I would have preferred to seen an indonesian night with local foods as we bbq everyweek in australia.

The pool with the sunken bar is the best feature along with it being a beach front property. Rooms are well maintained and staff are friendly. Food options are OK.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Guest communication regarding activities and special events could be improved. Maybe a daily pamphlet could be displayed or delivered to rooms.

It was great to be beach side on this large property. Breakfast was ample with a variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa we stayed in was spacious, very clean and had extra amenities. The private pool in particular was fantastic. Easy access to shops and facilities just behind the resort.

We felt a little uncomfortable being chased up for payment so many times for things we had already paid for though and felt like they didn't trust us to cover our expenses despite having stayed here before and never leaving anything unpaid, neglected or damaged. Perhaps they have had an issue with this though! Whilst the staff aim to maintain the hotel to a good standard, the age of the facilities means it needs a little upgrade. We booked two adjoining deluxe ground floor rooms and found one to not cool adequately. The bathroom and toilet area were particularly hot and smelt bad. We reported the issue and the staff aimed to address the AC issue immediately by sending workmen to change over the unit (with another old one). It improved the room temperature but not much in the bathroom. We had to make several calls to have the bathroom smell addressed as housekeeping did not come so we called reception and they did arrive. A couple of guests placed bags and borrowed hotel pool towels on the deck chairs by the pool early in the morning: and then went out leaving them so the chairs could not be used by other guests. On several days, they remained this way from around 8 am till after 6 pm. This was annoying as they were the best-located spots that maintained shade over the day. We were hoping our ill daughter could spend an hour or two on the deck chairs in the shade as they were very close to our hotel room but this was not possible.

The location is great. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. You get a nice breeze into outdoor area which is refreshing. Reception are helpful. Our daughter became very ill (not Bali Belly), reception were extremely helpful finding us an excellent doctor to come to the hotel and provide urgent medical care and follow up care as needed. It is a boutique hotel on the beachfront which is well priced and not overcrowded.

we didn’t realise there would be a music festival next door and we were awake for two nights until 2am. not the fault of the suites, but wished we had known to potentially arrange other accommodation.

lovely facilities and most staff were very kind and attentive. we loved sitting by the pool all day and feeding the fish. we intentionally booked to be away from the busiest part of Seminyak and we felt relaxed overall.

Noisy frogs croaking overnight. Also could hear the clients in other rooms talk and walk by my room. Needed to wear ear plaits at night.

The bath fittings were not proper and the flush didn't work as well. It was outdated. Also, the AC was placed in such a way that it was difficult to get any cool air.

Overall it is a good hotel with all facilities. They provided some decoration for us on our special request.

Our room was a bit shabby in needing some repairs and an eye for detail on those things. The lack of elevator on the fourth floor was challenging on hot days, but the view great.

The pool, beach location with fantastic gardens and older looking traditional hotel was exactly what I was after and I wasn’t disappointed.

Mattress is a little hard, and the bed was very squeaky. Air conditioning wasn't working well, so I switched rooms to one without a view so I could have proper air-conditioning. Air conditioning also has a very bright light on it when running so the room is lit up when you sleep. The air-conditioning wasn't working properly in the spa either. Food for room was ok, creme brule was off when it got to my room (from the heat) so I couldn't eat it. No plate was provided to eat maim meal properly, it was on a board which presented well but very impractical, so it was very messy. Breakfast started at 6.30 but the breakfast food wasn't entirely ready to start, there was no tea or coffee or eggs until about 6.45/7am.

Great location, right on the beach so you can walk most places and avoid traffic. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely location, loved having breakfast over looking the beach. Very enjoyable 2 day stay. It wasn't busy so was perfect. Very friendly staff and the place was clean.
