I have been staying at balisani many times Staff were terrific and good to see that there were still familiar faces especially at poop Bar towel pool guys and staff on floor at breakfast However there was a noticeable difference since COVID Some features in the room had been removed No bar fridge facility and no dressing gowns Breakfast was adequate but I think there was some cut back on options

The Wifi was a bit flaky, especially for Work Activities using MS Outlook and Teams (did not conference, but the overall Sharepoint pages, etc. were quite slow). The Beach is so, so, due to the Sand color and the Shore Break, yet, there is a Beach and quite long right in front.

As our original Room Type was not available when we arrived, we got upgraded for a higher Level for the same Price we paid as per the Reservation, the "Garden Suites" Room Type (not to be confused with the "Garden" or "Garden View" ones), which was amazingly spacious, with great walk in Shower and Bathroom, private Balcony and Sea View. Very quiet and private Accommodation, good air Conditioning System and a Fridge in the Room. Awesome Buffet with a wide Selection and Variety of Items Breakfast. Nice Pool overlooking the Beach. Nice Staff and good help for the Luggage.

Air-conditioning didn't work well. Reception staff seem preoccupied with internal conversations and not always helpful. But appreciate the fact that the room has a feedback form to address small grievances directly with the resort.

Location is superb, pool is fantastic, gardens are exquisite, restaurant, housekeeping and ground staff are all very professional. Would definitely stay here again, it's a superb experience.

Overall, resort is not too bad however it requires a bit of renovations. Decking and furniture by the pool are torn and in some places in the decking there are holes. Little too remote not too many food options the road in front of the resort is not sealed hard to walk on.

Pool and gardens are amazing very peaceful surroundings. Spa in the resort is good with qualified staff.

Everything was great.

We have stayed here several times in the past and we love the location in a slightly quieter area of Seminyak. The staff is really special. The garden suites are huge. Breakfast buffet is really good with lots of choices.

AC not working properly and the Bathroom smell.

The room was great however, the bathroom did have an odour every now and then. The rooms were clean but did see a few spots that were missed. The AC was a miss as it did not work and although we left it at 16C, we were still sweating. Would be good if the AC is looked at. The TV was not working properly as well. The breakfast buffet could be changed around everyday. Everyday it was the same or similar food. Staff are super friendly and lovely! Overall its a good stay and we enjoyed it.

We could smell the toilet pipes. The evening meals were nice but slightly overpriced compared to many nice restaurants nearby. We would stay again.

We found our 8 night stay to be excellent value. The pool was always clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was a good assortment of hot and cold dishes, and eggs to your liking including omelettes. Our garden room was spacious.

Fantastic location - beach front. Located in a Quieter area between the super busy Seminyak and Canggu areas but a short scooter ride away from both. The hotel doesn’t have its own umbrellas on the beach. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but a little bit dated. There are a few beach bars just in front of the hotel and very nice and vibey in evenings but not too over crowded. Lovely little nooks and corners around the hotel grounds with interesting stuff to see. Good water pressure in the shower. Hotel pool was nice too.

Only two pillows in the bedroom. The water bottles provided were quite small.

The unique Balinese culture and architecture on show. The rooms were quiet and peaceful, the pool was fantastic and in a relaxed setting.

Bedsheets were washed but had many stains. One of the staff has a motorcycle with loud pipe. The passion villa gets a lot of noise at night from the road that leads up to the property. Pool and the room were not clean. Hot tub didn't work. Pool was cleaned later after requesting it for 3 times and a promise of cleaning at 0700 was not fullfulilled. There is some construction noise during the day.

Breakfast was delivered to room via WhatsApp message at no additional cost. The pool and the room as well as the hot tub looked very nice on the surface. Staff were kind and responsive generally. All spoke and understood English to sufficient degree.

Water pressure in the shower was extremely weak.

Liked the location. It's away from the hustle of Seminyak proper which was perfect for us. Pool was awesome, and staff were great!
