the breakfast should be better for this 4 stars hotel. the toaster was broken, but the helpful staff help us quickly. the salad didnt fresh so we couldn't enjoy the salad.

i love the room, the bed, and the infinity pool. On the ground floor there is a playground so we can play with our kids there and it just cost 30k per kid for 3 hours including companion. the staffs are helpful and fast response.

Decor is dark hued and uninspiring, windows are dirty, pillow too soft, room aircon is freezing. Weird bathroom design, the shower connects to toilet, so toilet is flooded after shower is used. We stayed at 5th floor and can hear live music (from karaoke at 2nd floor?) well into the night.

We like the strategic location at Upper Semarang. We enjoyed the big rooftop swimming pool, friendly staff, good bed and easy parking. Easy to get good food: chicken rice at ground floor and Massimo's Pizzeria is next door.

Breakfast was better than expected. Smoking and non smoking area need to be clearly defined. Great location. Strategic place. Need more security to help traffic in and out of hotels, since its an uphill street and all. Getting in and out of hotel parking lot can be tricky to some driver

Some fitting in the room need to be repaired. Curtain in some part looks dirty Old towel need to get replaced. Its clean but we got loose strings on towel not really got for impression

Stayed 3 nights, after first night listening to motorbikes on the street I got a room facing away from the street. Unfortunately that room was under the hotel bar and I was listening to music until 2.30 AM. I got offered a new room, facing the street, but after they told there was not going to be live music my last night there, I stayed in the room. Try music stopped 00.30 AM my last night.

I love staying here, room was comfort and skypool was amazing, especially when you have the swim session around sunset hour. It will be great if you are staying at the pool till night and the city lights was perfect.

Internet in room was working random , hotel on booking looks much much better than in reality , very noise, employs very friendly.

Everything is fit the budget, but AC in the hotel and the room seem to be upgraded.

If you want to sleep before 3.00 AM you better not book this hotel. On the 2nd floor of this hotel there is a club which is open until 3.00 AM of which the music resonates all the way to the 7nd floor. Luckily our kids slept well, but we could not until the music stopped. Rooms do not some maintenance and cleaning. Airco in junior suite was not working, mold present in the shower/bad. Shower curtain fell down. Tv not working properly. overall it looks nice on the outside but it’s a very disappointing stay.

Room size and amenities. Friendly personnel. Club very close by. Swimming pool and breakfast location on the roof are great.

The Air con not cool, the mini fridge not working, the non smoking room smells like cigarettes, the hygiene was bad. There was a construction noice just right upstair the whole noon, which super annoying. The kettle so dirty And note if you travel with anyone other than you family members, the bathroom has no partition or door

It looks like an old hotel.The room needs to be refurbished. The aircond makes aloud sound until we have to call the receptionist to get it fix. The breakfast is so standard.
