Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Indonesiathe breakfast should be better for this 4 stars hotel. the toaster was broken, but the helpful staff help us quickly. the salad didnt fresh so we couldn't enjoy the salad.
i love the room, the bed, and the infinity pool. On the ground floor there is a playground so we can play with our kids there and it just cost 30k per kid for 3 hours including companion. the staffs are helpful and fast response.

IndonesiaDecor is dark hued and uninspiring, windows are dirty, pillow too soft, room aircon is freezing. Weird bathroom design, the shower connects to toilet, so toilet is flooded after shower is used. We stayed at 5th floor and can hear live music (from karaoke at 2nd floor?) well into the night.
We like the strategic location at Upper Semarang. We enjoyed the big rooftop swimming pool, friendly staff, good bed and easy parking. Easy to get good food: chicken rice at ground floor and Massimo's Pizzeria is next door.

DenmarkStayed 3 nights, after first night listening to motorbikes on the street I got a room facing away from the street. Unfortunately that room was under the hotel bar and I was listening to music until 2.30 AM. I got offered a new room, facing the street, but after they told there was not going to be live music my last night there, I stayed in the room. Try music stopped 00.30 AM my last night.

NetherlandsIf you want to sleep before 3.00 AM you better not book this hotel. On the 2nd floor of this hotel there is a club which is open until 3.00 AM of which the music resonates all the way to the 7nd floor. Luckily our kids slept well, but we could not until the music stopped. Rooms do not some maintenance and cleaning. Airco in junior suite was not working, mold present in the shower/bad. Shower curtain fell down. Tv not working properly. overall it looks nice on the outside but it’s a very disappointing stay.
Room size and amenities. Friendly personnel. Club very close by. Swimming pool and breakfast location on the roof are great.

There was a construction noice just right upstair the whole noon, which super annoying.
