We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyI totally understand that hotels get their stars according to the facilities they offer. E.g. hairdryer or safety box or not. But that's not how guests think, is it? E.g. if the bathmat is yellowed, I don't notice the hairdryer. Etc. Poorly ventilated bathrooms are a disaster.
Front office staff 5 stars - they performed admirably. Swimming pool, reception/lobby area, restaurant all worthy of 4 stars. Bedroom more like 3 stars. Bathroom more like 2 stars.

FranceWindows in the room are not possible to open so we had to breathe AC air that we are not used to. Breakfast buffet was mostly indo food, strange to have for example fish for breakfast.
Everything was ok. Receptionists were very helpful. It was quiet. We had big room with very comfortable bed. Wifi was very strong even on 3rd floor. Possible to fill full bath with hot water. Located on strategic place.

The bed on the upgraded room after one hour trying to cancel my booking due allocated room was smelly, untidy, without working TV, was nice and comfortable.

The staff always were ultra respectful and friendly. Was asked many times if there was anything more they could do to make my stay better. I asked if they could provide butter for for breakfast, then every morning for the rest of the stay a knob of butter was brought to my breakfast table without prompting. A small thing in itself but a perfect example of the attention to detail the staff portrayed.
