1. The breakfast menu is quite repetitive, and if you stay for more than 2 nights you’ll end up eating the same food every 2nd morning. 2. Even for a double occupancy, you only get one key card, and mostly it is quite inconvenient as you always don’t want to leave the keycard at the reception.

1. Great location with the view of Kuta beach. 2. Decent Balinese style property construction with a decent sized swimming pool 3. The main restaurant located on Jl Kuta Pantai is a good place to generally laze around.

Advertised a pool Party and it dosent go ahead, beer is expensive compared to the beach prices . Need to do buckets at around $4 a beer

The first room was assigned to me was in very very bad conditions, the humidity smell was terrible also it wasn’t clean, I ask for a change an it take a night many of the trims had the same issue. Finally I was reassigned to another.

The location was great, near to a mall and many shops.

Central beach front location at Kuta and good quality traditional style facilities as advertised. Staff were very helpful and this was important as hubby badly injured himself surfing and they accommodated our plan changes.

Disappointing breakfast. For instance very limited offering of fresh fruit. Eggs took ages and were broken every time. If you want proper coffee, you pay extra.

No bacon at breakfast, the bed was a bit too hard, there was no hair conditioner supplied, and small Bintangs were 50k each at Warunk Cuci Mata.

The shower was not clean and had mould so I cleaned it myself. And I have noticed alot of bad reviews about unclean bathrooms so you they need to up there game. Room cleaning is not good enough

Limited breakfast buffet. SOME ROOMS are old - needs fixing. Also bar is a bit expensive compared to elsewhere.

Big hotel, safe and good amenities. The best is the lovely staff. From the lobby, concierge,housekeeping, maintenance workers, waiters, entertainers and spa&pool personnel.

Our room 951 was at the very back of the block and up 4 flights of stairs which were a challenge when you climbed them 5-6 !times a day. The fact it was signposted the tsunami rescue point, was not wasted on us. Showers were Luke warm at best. After 3 days reporting our bathroom sink plug was faulty we gave up and used a facecloth to be able to shave etc. If staying more than a few nights Recommend a room on ground level closer the front. Staff name tags are tiny so hard to say hello to or acknowledge, so made it less personal. After 9 nights there was no one I could say I knew. Or to seek out next visit. We arrived after 3pm to be told we had to wait 40 minutes for our room to be ready… we actually got in within 10 but only after Porter was overly theatrical about taking our bags up the 4 flights. Of stairs we were disappointed as it implied he wanted a big tip so we gave him $5 but really it should be free.

While under extensive renovations it was clean, usually quiet and ALL staff went out there way to be friendly. Big ground with lovely gardens and extra features like food to feed the fish were appreciated. The breakfast at $10pp seems expensive but was excellent and really good value. The pool was refreshing and used daily Beds was comfortable and enjoyed choice of TV channels esp the HBO movies. Having a small fridge with an ice tray was invaluable. Enjoyed the occasional Towel feature on our bed!

Cost of laundry was a bit pricey but we went to laundromat down the road and got excellent service from their at half the price.

We enjoyed the proximity of the beach across the road. The entertainment at night is good. The swim up bar is great and the buffet breakfast is very very good with alot of variety. Staff were friendly and accomadating Considering we are close to the main road it was surprisingly very quite. I would love to stay here again if we get to return to beautiful Bali

Didn't have a lift to get up the stairs which proved challenging for us elderly.

Facilities were ok the room was supplied with water everyday which we needed. Beds weren't that comfortable 😕. Swim up bar at pool was good. Food at breakfast was really good. And entertainment at night was ok.

Great location for Kuta beach, shopping and nightlife. Quiet as not too close to the action but still near if want it. Great pool where I swam 100 lengths with fins at 5am.
