Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MalaysiaThe surrounding area of the hotel, the roadside of the areas are still having developmnet, road repairs are in progress so, the environment outside can be dusty. Our food tray for breakfast that we had put outside our room wasn't collected for a day! We had to wait for 4 hours to have the iron to iron our clothes. Maybe the hotel should invest in more irons or, they can have an iron station on each floor.
When we first booked the hotel, we were told that it is a 5 STAR hotel so, we had high expectations of the hotel. Location is good, and most of the shopping centres/malls are located. Food is okay, not so many selections, the room service is also good. The staffs are all very friendly and accommodating, which is this hotel's GOOD POINT. The cleanliness of the toilet can be improved. Rooms are cleaned and towels are replaced everyday.
