Bed wasn’t that comfortable being the only real disappointment.

Hotel is in a great location, pool temperature was excellent, breakfast was basic (no cereal) but fruit was nice. Bed was too hard.

Perhaps more variety for breakfast.

This is a beautiful, old style hotel. The grounds and pools are immaculate and the location is excellent. The Presidential Suite is huge and well suited to a family although the stairs could be an issue for some people. Breakfast was included in the room price and it was basic but adequate. Will be back.

Maybe a few less cockroaches and the mix up with our room that was booked 4 months prior. All good!

Sri great with organising our miscommunication with our room booking. We spent 5 nights in another room but all good thereafter, once in the room originally booked. Lovely staff, great location and once in our booked room, with maybe a few too many cockroaches at times. Cleaning staff great with all needs. Love you Made and other staff...Iluh. Love the area and the lovely people that make it so special.

the towels and bedding need upgrading but they were changed and clean every day.

Location was awesome, near shops, restaurants,double six and 10 min walk to the beach. Basic room but quaint and authentic old school Bali and quite comfortable. Nice verandah, pool outside my doorstep. Gardens are beautiful . 2 swimming pools too 👍 Great value at $42 night including a good basic breakfast.

The entrance and access to the room is very traditional with a pretty menacing mask on the right of the door frame. This might be jarring to residents who did not expect the traditional facade. Certain rooms do not come with television so in-room entertainment might be limited.

The price that I have gotten for the location was superb value for money as the venue is just a short walk to nearby marts and amenities if anything is required. The location of the hotel is also a short walk of roughly 5 minutes to the beach. Breakfast provided was simple but sufficient to start the day. There are 2 pools in the compound with deck chairs around thus is easy to find an unoccupied chair to lounge in any time of the day.

It would have been great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room with the normal teabags and coffee etc supplied daily. We were very fortunate and were able to borrow an electric jug from the restaurant to make our own hot drinks but had to buy our own supplies. Only one pillow each was supplied on the bed, we both would have been far more comfortable with a second pillow.

The location was excellent and the grounds and pools were beautiful. Our room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was fairly basic but very fresh and definitely enough to start the day.

Cleanliness of room.It simply is not cleaned to a high standard at all.EVERY DAY!!!!!!!.The shower reccess & bath have mould & stains & tapware etc is never cleaned.A dead moth remained on my vanity for many days..... These rooms are NOT being cleaned to a satisfactory & healthy standard.The cleaners are either untrained correctly or not doing their job.It does not seem that their work is supervised or checked.If these issues are not addressed urgently your hotel could be heading for trouble !!!!!!! Apart from this very important issue the hotel was fantastic....

Love the traditional Balinese grounds of the hotel, always well maintained. Pool is always clean & inviting. Staff are all so friendly & accommodating. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants & shops.

Unfortunately the water pressure isn’t the best though the hot water eventually comes through after running the taps for a bit

Bathroom is really outdated and needs at least a good clean up, better complete renovation. Bed sheets and towels are of grey colour even when fresh. Defenitely must be replaced

Nice looking building with a touch of Bali architecture. Spacious room with a large private terrace. Perfect location within a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to Double Six Beach
