Pool closed early… what kind of hotel closes their pool at 8pm in the heat of Bali

For the price it was excellent, clean rooms, comfy beds, staff were friendly

The cleanliness, smell of sewage, old towel, central of everything meaning you will hear noise form the bar and the road. We specifically requested for a quite room, but was given exactly the most noises at the roadside with bar nearby which will have karaoke session till late night.

Location is the bestt, central to everything, staff were amazing, pool was good, and they pay attention to my request to has some decor to celebrate our anniversary, also, breakfast was delicious and value for money, The best you could get around nearby area.

I didn't like that guests would claim a chair around the pool by putting a towel on it and then went out shopping and also people going from the pool wet and getting the lobby floor wet causing people to have an accident. Maybe a mat infront of the lift would help.

I thought the breakfast was very very good. A good variety of food. I loved the hotels location.

The environment is really noisy, even late in the night

This time we were on the “road” side so at night it was a little bit noisy but not a huge issue. And they did give us the interconnected rooms we requested and even check in early so you this was more important to us than to be fussy about specific room location. No real complaints at all from us, and will stay again.

Our 3rd brief stay here, love the location, staff were very helpful and welcoming, poolside service was especially good, love the pool, pool towels etc and the air conditioning and beds made our rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Good value for money. Great to have a balcony to dry wet swimwear.

The pool always crowded, and selfish people, mainly from pool access rooms leave towels on sun lounges, even if they are not present at the pool, yet they reserve these beds and restrict other guests to enjoy.

Great value for money. Management delivered a small bunch of flowers to room to thank us for choosing to stay with them. Very nice touch to make us feel extra welcome. Rooms, big, clean and comfortable. Location was ideal, everything within walking distance, and not situated in the noisy part of town, allows you to get a good night's sleep. The restaurant is excellent. Friendly staff, food was high quality, tasty and menu had something for all tastes. Drinks, food, & ice cold Bintangs are all very affordable and everyone should give this place a try, I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

they should have a shutle car for different things like airport transfers,almost same breakfast in 11 days

The beds were old and hard, so sleep wasn’t great.

Great set up around the pool and rooms were big enough and nice that they overlook the pool. It accommodated our large group of 30 perfectly.

Not many sun beds to the amount of hotel rooms so sometimes could stay by the pool

Liked everything.

Room was a great size on the 4th floor. Quiet. We were the only people in the pool at 7pm and temp was only slightly cold. Breakfast was great as was location. Nice room service. Staff were very obliging.

The road out the front of the hotel was very busy / noisy , no footpath so stressful trying to walk amongst the cars and bikes . Pool was quite cold as it didnt all get sun

the noise on the street, it did not say in the website that the rooms are just beside the street so very noisy at night, the rooms are not soundproof
