Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Clean and modern room with big screen TV. Water pressure was good, rainfall shower was my favourite. Hotel is quite a new building. Free parking. It was a great stay!

FranceDespite the fact this hotel has a high standing, it was noisy. Our room was located near the lift and we could hear the ring of it all night long. Furthermore, it was an adjoining room very bad isolated ... If you want to go out, you need to cal a taxi ... There's nothing all arout, except a mall in 500 meter and the pedestrian way is very dangerous (if it really exists ...)
The level of the Hotel is globaly very good. Staff is kind, rooms are large, nice and comfortable. The swimming pool at 6th floor was a really good surprise and the view is amazing.

The room is okay but there are things that can be improved: the towels were grayish in colour; no spoons provided in the room in spite of the coffee and cups being provided, the shower door made noise when it opened and closed.

IndonesiaVery poor room cleaning, when i Arrived the carpet was full with peanut sheels and skins, the toilet tissue was only the used one, no additional backup. the shower gel was not filled, the seat was dirty, the towel was very old and not white anymore, the beed sheet and pillow case have black stains on them, the jug is very dirty, the wash basin was cracked, the call to receptionist and cleaners were nit picked up, I have to go down to the receptionist. in the hallway there was a used cottonbud not pickedup for 2 days at least.
Its not that expensive and located in a big street. big brands.

I loved the bed, super big and comfortable. The TV channels were crystal clear, the strong water pressure in the shower is rejuvenating. They gave out free cotton candy for kids (which was welcomed with cheers), the breakfast was complete and good.
