I found that the pool area design is awkward, there is not much space to chill by the pool and as mentioned in other reviews the area between the pool and the sea can be so much better. It feels like an old, run-down small garden. I believe with a better design and maintenance it has a lot of potential.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and were happy to help with all the requests we had. We stayed in the sea view room with a balcony with a beautiful sunset view. The bed and pillow were comfy. It is a simple hotel that provides all your needs but has no luxury feel or a wow factor.

Reception staff specially Anggi Chandra. I have never experienced such poor hospitality from any reception Pool cleanliness : swimming pool is good but during our 3 day stay we didnt see anyone cleaning it. By 3rd day swimming pool was dirty and not fit for swimming. Garden maintenance : they have good backyard but garden is not mantained at all.

the rooms are not sound proof. you can hear the TV in the next room. I booked a room with sea view but they have one with pool view because apparently, the other one was more expensive. however, I booked for a room with sea view.

Very nice room..we had a seafront balcony on the third floor…sunset view. The pool is very nice, big and clean. Gym is small but fine. The staff is very friendly.

It is not recommended that all restaurants and coffee shops in a star hotel close by 10 pm.ACs in all rooms are not equally cold.Food prices are high.Bed side table needs a drawer.

The swimming pool has no soul or character. Nor sunshades / umbrellas. There is a large neglected area between the pool and the "beach". It's very unappetising. Like a carpark. In my opinion, staying in any hotel on this "town beach" is actually pretty pointless cos the sea isn't deep enough for swimming

Nice breakfast with good coffee and bread! ! It's always disappointing in a 4star hotel though, to pour a glass of juice, only to discover that it's not juice, but syrup. That said, it was possible to get a glass of fresh juice on request.

The bathroom could be improved by adding a hanging area for towels near the shower. Also, the soap bottles were hard to use, it. will be better if they provide us with the standard one.

The hotel was quite new. It is clean and comfortable. Located near the city center so it was easy to access everything! The staffs were nice. The breakfast was okay. I love the pool, it was super huge! We had a great time overall.

Didn't like that other guests were smoking on the restaurant balcony and that ashes/smoke drift would come down to the swimming pool. Other than that our stay was comfortable, would definitely come back here again.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were impeccable and the distance to all the important touristy places were nearby. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable, our expectations were absolutely exceeded. The daily buffet breakfast is worth the stay here alone!

We booked the room at the pool but there is no direct access to the pool. The pool is in need of a clean and fixing broken tiles. AC either too hot or too cold.

The room was fine. Food at the resto ok.
