Some towels have stains

I have visited many hotels, but the staff in this hotel is very friendly. They were very kind to me and helped me with all my questions. They also gave me a bracelet for good luck! The best staff I have ever met! The location is not far from the sea and in the best city center. I also liked the interior of the hotel and the giant statue of ants. The staff wear traditional clothes, it's very cute. The staff on the Lobby is amazing and Andika is cute and doing work very well! Thank you for this amazing 5 days in your hotel

I was missing a trash can in my room, which would be handy. The water pressure of the bidet could be better. For some reason, the water in the shower was rather cold in the evening.

It was affordable. The room offered everything I needed. The staff were really nice (thanks to Ryan, Ira Thia Sudana). The location is great. I like the design of the hotel and public area to just sit down.

Breakfast please no WHITE BREAD. To many guests smoke out side rooms, they have no respect for the rules of the hotel and think that these people should be not allowed to stay

The AC was so loud and I think wasted more heat energy than produced cold air, however, with the inside facing courtyard and loud city streets you couldn’t get ventilation from windows either.

Great location, comfy beds, sheets and pillows. Body wash and shampoo are provided as is two bottles of drinking water. Conveniently close to the airport, souvenir shops and restaurants.

It's quite clear that more attention could be paid to cleanliness. The towels are barely alive, very stained. Generally, the bathroom could use a scrub down, and a deep clean in the rooms would be beneficial. This time, the climax was a huge blood stain on the pillow. At three in the morning after landing, I just didn't have the energy to go to the reception and deal with it)) I just put the pillow in the corner, and room service, someone named Rony or Rocky, took that bloody pillow away. Here is no proper window, a wall or inner yard, and only in a few rooms street view, and no chance you’ll granted it)

This place is convenient for 1-2 nights when you arrive late in Bali and need something close and affordable. The room includes toothbrushes, water, shower gel, but no hand soap. Very friendly staff on reception and in general. Thank you for upgrade of my room! 🙏🏼 Ask for ear plugs on reception. Down stage has very good massage. Always visiting.

The room smelled strong for cleaning products. Hotel actually smelled strong in cleaning products. If you are sensitive or allergic to these types of smells it may be difficult. I opened my room windows and left for a legible. It was manageable to handle when I can back.

There were some tiny ants that we’d find in the room, didn’t seem to cause any trouble though.

Great location to shops and restaurants, and only 10 mins walk to the beach. The room and beds were all very clean when we arrived, aircon worked really well. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming as well.

11k for a 1.5l bottle of water. They are around 6/7k in the shop. No water refill point. Loud music from the neighbouring hotel which made it feel like there was a band in the hotel, we were on the 5th floor No pool but I thought there was?

The staff were very welcoming and professional We got a tridatu on checking out which was really cute Central location The beds were comfy, clean rooms, free toiletries in the shower 2 small free bottles of water Exceeded our expectations to be honest! Really aesthetically pleasing when you walk in
