Well, I’ve been traveling in Bali for a couple months now and as a mixed European/African young woman, I’m used to a certain level of cleaning. In Bali, they don’t have the same sense of details. It wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean. Specially the sheets and towels. At least buy new ones without holes in it :)

Very beautiful place and convenient location! The Grand Lucky supermarket and restaurants close to it are very good. And it’s not that far from the beach.

air con was a little weak, also the controller needs a new battery, the cleaner hadn't cleaned in the bathroom well enough as there was hair from the previous person having shaved there that hadnt been cleaned from the sink.

The rooms were very clean. My air-con didn't work so they gave me a big suite instead which was very spacious, clean and even had sofas etc.

Every once in a while the property next door becomes a very noisy wedding venue. Fortunately this is something that only occurs a few times each year.

Old Balinese style in an old Balinese community. It has very quiet and tranquil garden courtyard with pool. No traffic noise. Short walk to a few eateries and a large supermarket. The beach is a 15 minute walk.

We could use more power plugs around the room. The smell of the room was a little intense sometimes. If you want to get to Sanur beach you have to cross huge road which is super inconvenient. I could hear alarm clocks of our neighbors.

The most pleasant thing about this place is the tea which they leave at your table everyday. Sanur beach is in a walking distance. There was unusually big mirror and space around the basin in the bathroom. They cleaned and changed towels often.

Great to have a free pot of coffee in the morning and evening and to have daily room service.

It would be nice to have better internet going till inside of the room, the internet is pretty good outside and closer to the reception area, but inside the room it is often not the case. But a personal hotspot with a cheap SIM card does the trick inside the room.

The tropical garden and the pool for a refresh. The can of tea that is offered every day. The very friendly and helpful staff. The location, close to everything you would need. The beautiful Koy fish pool aquarium.

Wi-Fi could be better, however it doesn't ruin the stay. Owners doing really great, hospitality and service are amazing :)

Everything was good, rooms are old but good quality and well mantained. For sure would stop there again. Few not significant remarks related to WI-FI, It is weak, I hope owner will solve it.

No refrigerator in your room. Poor lighting. How water sometimes not working properly. It’s hard to communicate with some staff members.

Very spacious. Tiny but beautiful pool area. Terrace that you can enjoy your cup of tea. Tea served every morning and afternoon. They clean your room every day. Value for money.

Room felt dated because of the older style of furniture. The bathtub also is permanently stained (but was clean). Cockroaches are in the ground floor because of the natural surroundings. People afraid of them should request for a 2nd floor room.

The inn grounds are beautiful and clean. It is also a 3 minute walk away from a big supermarket and a handful of warungs (restaurants). Although close to the Sanur Port and night market, you may find it convenient to use a Grab for a small fee. They also arranged for an airport shuttle for me because my flight arrived at 1am in the morning. They warmly accommodated me even though I checked in beyond their scheduled time.

The room could be a little more clean. We are in Indonesia so small animals are normal, don't leave food in your room.

The pool area is nice and the location close to the Harbour and big store.

Remember to get a receipt when you paid or they'll try to cheat for the same amount when you leave. If you don' like hard beds, noise or rats this is not the place for you.

Great value. Great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Ferry terminal was within walking distance. Room was quiet. Pool was good.
