There is no sound proofing in the rooms so you can hear all the adjoining and upstairs rooms conversations and footsteps . The above room had children in so we could hear them running around and the next room had a full on argument and we could hear every word .

excellent property in a great location near to numerous bars and restaurants , pool area with swim up bar was great and plenty of sunbeds available . rooms were spacious and clean . breakfast is good not lots of choice but enough for a decent feed and the egg station was superb and cooked to order . We will definitely stay at this property again and would recommend .

One electrical plug was loose in the bathroom

We loved the staff and facilities. The room was so clean, and the beds comfortable. Gardens were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

The tropical pool was nestled in a beautiful garden close to our room. The garden consisted of lots of frangipani trees and other tropical plants. The pool staff was very attentive and the pool loungers very comfortable.

The rooms are not soundproof so we were disturbed by our neighbors frequently. ,

Awesome hotel , location was fantastic! Clean spacious rooms! Hotel staff were friendly ! Breakfast was sufficient but not too much choice and had to buy cappuccino etc But overall excellent value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

The service staff at the restaurant were generally friendly and happy to assist. However 2 older female staff were just not interested in serving us, never smiled and seemed genuinely uninterested when we sat outside on the beach side of the path. We paid for a deluxe room and got the 3rd floor, when we turned on the shower a foul smell came out, we asked to move and they were not helpful at all and declined. Not sure I would return, especially for the $ we paid.

Breakfast is great. Pools are awesome although a little crowded, all 3 pools. Gardens are exquisite.

No bathtub in room, not an issue for me but for my friend it was disappointing. Cappuccino maker was broken.

Breakfast was good but didn't have much variety. Service at the swim up bar was a bit slow and cocktails were a bit boring.

Rooms were a good size and beds very comfy and air con worked well. Pools were clean and lots of sun lounges and towels. Good location with some of the best restaurants within walking distance.

In the late afternoon there tended to be a lot of doof doof music, with heavy bass beats, in the bar/restaurant area. To be fair, when we asked for the bass/treble balance to be adjusted it was.

We loved the location and were fortunate to be upgraded to one of the enormous beach rooms. Each staff member we dealt with was a delight. We were also seriously impressed by the Hotels eco programs, the only plastic we saw being used was the water bottles provided to guests, and some plastic wrap covering food. It would be wonderful, in the future, to see a water refill station. Breakfast was a good offering, we particularly enjoyed the rice porridge with Balinese soup.

4th stay and never disappoints. Great location for beach and Main Street. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Swim up bar is a plus! Great drinks and good food. Main pool on beach is great, middle pool is cooler in the afternoons and peaceful.

The bed needs to be replaced. It was worn and was no longer flat. Was uncomfortable.
