It's a little hard to find. Both the driver who dropped me off and the driver who picked me up had a hard time finding the house, even with Google Maps. Also, just so you know, the location is quite far removed from the "action" of Canggu and the beach. That was fine for me--I was looking for quiet--but if you want to go to the beach or eat at the trendy restaurants, you'll need to get a ride or rent a scooter.

I chose Villa Mooz because it was near a yoga studio where I was doing a training, and it was such a lovely place to spend a week. When I came back from sweating at yoga, I couldn't wait to plunge in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet, the bungalow is really roomy, and the front porch was delightful in the early hours. I don't usually eat breakfast, but I ordered breakfast every day because it was so darn pretty. Benoit arranged for me to rent a scooter, and when he found out I'd never driven one before, he gave me my first lesson. At the end of the trip, I had a travel snafu (weather-related travel cancellation) and Benoit helped me make alternate arrangements. This is a special place.

I lived in Bali and know the area of Canggu quite well. Mooz is of extraordinary quality and an absolute gem. The French owners made an estetic little place with only 4 bungalows which are decorated so nice. The pictures tell it all! There is a huge communal kitchen to make your own food and 2 nice lounge couches to chill and watch the garden. What is super nice too, is the quietness, which is rare in Bali. No barking dogs, no noisy neighbours and still very central. 10min motorbike ride to the beach. Highly, highly recommended!

This is a hidden gem in Canggu! very quiet but only a quick ride into the centre of Canggu. very good value for money. it's a stunning property, and all the staff are lovely & helpful. loved the outdoor bathroom. + big rooms! will 100% stay again if we're back in Canggu.

My stay at the Guesthouse Mooz was phenomenal. The place is beautiful, quiet in the middle of busy Canggu, and offers plenty of privacy while offering a common area where you can meet other friendly guests. Most importantly, Benoit & his wife (owners), Ketut and Natalie (staff) were fantastic, kind, and always super helpful. I highly, highly recommend this place.

It's on a smaller street so it was a bit hard for drivers to pick up and drop off. Not really an issue but good to know.

Big room and very comfortable bed! Overall a very quiet area (next to rice fields) and guesthouse which makes it so relaxing! Friendly staff and nice pool! Close to a nice cafe and nail salon.

Wifi is very patchy and telkomesel phone signal wouldn’t work in our room. The bed is small and the mosquito net had some gecko poo on it. The street leading to it one way has a broken path so cars cannot enter from one side.

Very homely feel as their are not many guests. A lot of privacy and a huge common area and kitchen. Would definitely stay here long term if it had larger beds and better wifi.

This place is very peaceful and made with love. Benoit the owner is a very friendly and Ketut and Naty who's take care to keeps your room clean every day are funny and friendly:-) It was one of the best place I stayed in Bali. You need a scouter and everything it's just perfect. Visit and enjoy:-)

The accommodation is located in the right place, not far from the center, but hidden from the noise. The accommodation is quiet and with french taste. Wonderful host from France gave us many valuable recommendations for Changgu and other islands. He speaks very good English and he is very friendly! We had a great time! For sure, the best accommodation in Bali

I feel incredibly grateful to have landed in Bali and to have this be my first stay. What a beautiful, divine little oasis on the edge of busy Canggu. It was incredibly serene, and Ana and Benoit were wonderful caring souls, who provided lots of information for me. Mooz was a hidden gem and true value for money. The surroundings of the villa were green, classy and beatiful. It was the perfect place to escape the Canggu madness. Staff was friendly and helpful.
