How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Friendly staff,very informative ! they offer laundry service with affordable fee,rent motobike, the room also very clean and comfy. Very recommended ! And surely me and my family are going back !

Affordable price, clean , big spacious with fridge in it and the staff are very friendly. The owner also offering laundry services, car rent tour,motobike rent ! These make me and my family stays so much easier ! Surely me and family will comeback ! The photos are very misinforming. The actual place you stay is in a sketchy alley next to the hotel shown in photos. I wish I knew before i booked because it felt like a scam. Bathroom was disapponting and there was couple of hair on the bed sheets. Overall, I'm glad we only stayed there just for a night before our flight in the morning.
Location was very convenient, room was spacious and there was a fridge.

Half of the rooms where underconstruction, the entrance was dirty with empty bottles spread everywhere. I want to belive once they finish constructions thenplace will be better. At the moment it is just ok for one night before or after your flight.
The place is inside a group of buildings therefore is very quiet eventhough it is 5min by foot from the beach. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The bed was not comfortable. Bathroom smelt mouldy. I was quite mad that the pictures in the advertisement were false. the Guna Graha was across from the Oasis Hotel and the rooms back onto a local families property. This is not a hotel as per what the pictures show. Ducks, birds, cats and dogs are present. I also slipped on the front tiles and one of the girls from the house didnt help me or ask if I was ok. Just sat there on her phone and ignored the incident. This place should not take payments prior to arrival.

The shower was really dirty from the previous guest (hair, broken nails, old shower gear). There was construction work during the day, which caused loud noises and strong smelling smoke.
Location of the hotel is great, the bed is comfortable and the view is out to the pool area.

Unfortunately, the access to the property and surroundings were slightly uncomfortable and didn't feel particularly secure. It was also really noisy and despite the lovely king bed and room comforts, the noise was consistently disturbing.
Great little apartments, very modern and clean internally.

The location is down a small, dirty alleyway which leads you to a Homestay with animals running around the place. It is a very noisy location
The room and bathroom itself were fine, clean, comfortable etc. The owners were very nice

The location is a bit dodgy. Motorbikes will take you just at the entrance which is a vendor stall. You'll have to traverse a narrow hallway and few minutes into it you'll be greeted with abandoned properties which seems like they used to be hotels and a tour operator. I saw some rats festering on the garbage pile on my way to the property. The property has five rooms they're renting out and it has a separate home for the people who actually live there. For a light sleeper, the property can be noisy. I can hear the ducks, chickens (esp in the very early hours of the morning), the motorbike that comes and goes a lot from the property. There were also noises from people. Sound proofing is not to be expected given the price. It wasn't so bad and I still got a decent rest. The room was overall clean. I have just noted that the duvet cover had a tiny bloodstain on it. They generally try to keep the property clean. You will also be charged full day if you stay through to the night. I extended up to 9:30pm. But that's typical I'd say. There's a veranda and outside seating but you'll basically facing the home or temple depends on which room
The elderly lady welcomed me and made me feel home. She's really friendly and warm. Offered to clean my room. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. They provided bottled waters on the first day. The location is very good as it is close to Kuta Beach, shops, food places. It is also 10 mins or so away from the airport depends on the traffic. The price is also very reasonable. There is refrigerator and kettle which I appreciate.
