The photos of this property on Booking.com are misleading and do not accurately represent the actual place. I didn’t even see a pool.. Additionally, reaching the property requires walking down an unsigned alley, which felt a bit sketchy, and we noticed a few rats running around. Despite this, it didn't bother us too much since the price was very affordable, making it the perfect choice for storing our bags and relaxing briefly before our late flight back to Australia.

The location of this place in Kuta is fantastic, and the price point is very good. Although we didn't stay overnight, we had a late flight back to Australia and used the room to leave our bags, do some street shopping and relax before heading to the airport. It was exactly what we needed.

After a flight cancellation very late in the evening we needed an emergency hotel close to the airport. Booked at quarter to midnight, got an immediate reply. The staff was very friendly and helpful organising everything even at that late hour. For just a very small fee they allowed us to extend our stay until 6 in the evening which was really appreciated. Nice big rooms, beautiful and quite big pool. Very good value for money. Also the location was perfect. Just 10-15 min by Grab from the airport and many nice bars, restaurants and the beach in walking distance.

- It would be better if there was a housekeeping service. - There is usually no receptionist on counter at all times, sometimes I may need assistance. - Sometimes Wifi is unstable.

- Good location, near Kuta beach and art market. - Full amenities in the room and large swimming pool.

I booked this for one night for the airport. It was really close by, only 12-15 minutes away via Grab motorbike. The rooms were really clean and the staff were super helpful! I had my flight in the afternoon and they allowed me a slightly later check out - thank you! Sadly, I didn't get chance to use the pool next door but it looked lovely and huge!!

The property is currently being refurbished is currently just 14 rooms and a pool with no food or drink provision and no kettle.

Situated in the heart of Kuta and just steps away from bars and restaurants. The room had been repainted and the new mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is a real plus.

Poor wifi connection in the room. TV didn't work. Bathroom shouldn't been cleaner. There are other residents live in the hotel premise as well. Would be great if breakfast provided.

The location is a bit weird. You need to go through a narrow street in between the shops and the down a dark street behind the shops (I didn’t feel like doing it in the dark). It’s just a few rooms and the owners live in front of them, so you don’t get much privacy (my curtains were always closed). The room I booked had a fridge and kettle but no cutlery/glasses/plates, which could have been useful.

The room looks pretty new or at least renovated. Aircon works well and the bed is huge! I liked that it had a fridge and kettle as well.

The ONLY complaint I had was the drunk neighbours, haha! And also unfortunately I think there was a couple of angry cats having it out in the roof, which wasn't too bad really, I mean you're on holiday, I don't have a wake up time anyway so I'm not bothered! Also the host let me check out late so that was lovely!

I loved all the animals and the cutest little doggy ever! The room was super clean, aircon was nice and cold and quiet, location was really great! just down a small quiet lane. The family was really lovely, and held my backpack for me while I traveled to lembongan for a week, which was lovely.
