Sometimes people left the main door open and it would t close itself so was noisy from the bathrooms outside a little bit.

It had a rooftop overlooking the ocean. It was quiet at night. Aircon was super.

I like hostels because they are usually social. Maybe it was just the time I was there, but the common areas were basically not really used. They have a great roof top area where they could put on gatherings if they want to.

It was in a great location, a few minutes walk from Kuta beach. The capsules were quite spacious with a shelf, power point, light and places the hang things. Also a locker perfect for my carry on size suit case. Some other reviews said the bathrooms weren't very clean, I found the cleaning good.

bed was ok, just that a bit inconvenient cos the bathroom is located at another floor below hostel room.

strategic location in kuta square area. modern hostel with basic facilities. was about to dry my hair but hairdryer was a little bit faulty... luckily the staff was around, very efficient of him to find another hairdryer from the reception area and brought it up for me to use. it was raining heavily, so i was stucked but i went to the nearest massage spa in front of the hostel & enjoyed full body massage & manicure too. overall, a pleasant stay in this clean hostel.

Bathroom was on first floor which was annoying I was on third floor. No soap in bathrooms to wash hands.

The bathrooms and shower weren't always in the best conditions.

The staff were great and accommodating. Always offered help and support promptly when asked. Also the rooftop, although poorly maintained, formed an excellent place where I could sit in the early morning or late evenings and enjoy the breeze

There is no public kitchen

I feel comfort with privacy between other person at room . Ac works well, spacious room, having lift, they provide refill water. There is hot shower and they separate man’s and woman’s bathroom

Air con distribution is not good, (your bunk might be damn hot, or cold). Bunch of small broken /missing stuff in toilet (no bidet, no soap, broken lock etc)

The basic construction of facilities has glaring pdeficiencies. Female bathroom limited to first floor, male on 2nd. Bathroom is 3 toilets 4 showers to service 40 people on 2 floors. Multiple by 4 floors 20 guests per floor. No security system. for sleeping areas. No key cards. There is cctv. Impractical and dangerous to leave anything on the beds beds even going to the bathroom. Especially running up and down stairs. Petty theft is rampant. Cell phones chargers, shoes easy pickings for theft. Pickpockets in abundance. Common area has 10 small wooden stools and bar stools with tables. Insufficient for upwards of 75 guests. Larger selection and variety of snacks and food would be helpful. More notices of holiday and it's limitations is essential. Because of the Hindu new year and complete closure of all businesses and services no one including hotel guests were allowed outside. Sounds like a lot but staff were outstanding in their guest care. P

Depend who you stay with , if during the night the person make noise then you can't sleep well.

A lot of bed in one room so it’s noisy all the time even in midnight or early morning, people don’t know how to do things in silence: alarms, locker open, … it’s not easy to have a tight sleep.

The people hanging out right outside the property kept staring whenever I walked by. As someone travelling solo, I don’t feel safe but I guess there’s nothing the hostel can do about it, it’s a public space afterall.

The location is very convenient.

The smell from the bathroom was awful. You could smell it right after you went outside of your room. Being in the bathroom was super not comfortable and sitting basically everywhere else as well.

The lockers in the room are very small and so luggage check-in at reception is required. Shared bathrooms are mediocre, staff were friendly.

Good location, beds okay comfortable, really great affordable value for short stay.

People eat and speak loudly in the room , even during the night , but this the risk in dormitory room ..

Friendly staff , bathroom clean , double bed comfortable with locker and room for your clothes inside the bed . Nice rooftop.

I don’t know what is wrong with the water system but every time someone was having a shower, it smelt like sewage. Everyone was speaking about how bad it was and most people didn’t dare take a shower. The sheets were pretty marked and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room.

I suggest to put a doormats in front of the toilet/shower doors.

the place is quite close to everywhere and around the mini markets. comfort bed, shower and toilet. They were cleaning a several times in a day.
