Complete family fun for everyone and staff and service was too good. Definitely would like to stay again

Rooms were small. Hidden fees for somethings when we got there. Pool bar expensive. Room service food was average. Overpriced. Didnt get alot for your money. Kids club facilities should be included.

Pool was good. Our children were 8 and 11 and they started to get a bit bored of it and the slides though. Breakfast was unreal ! Definitely a highlight! Staff were so friendly. The cleaner in our room made the best towel animals.

A bit costly overall. Equipment to use in the pool for example was $20 for a hour to use.

Great buffet breakfast. Amazing pool area and activities for the children. Lots of Australian families for my children to mix with. Kids club service from 9am till 6pm for $25. Great facilities and location. There was no need to leave the hotel for the first 2 days.

The tiles in the bathroom were super slippery when wet. My son slipped and hit his head on the floor walking out of the shower. The traffic in and out of the place was crazy during peak times. It’s also a one way street which makes it even harder

The only feedback is the infant-kids pool is next to the very deep pool - totally safe! But I am 5”2 and not a confident swimmer so we had to walk in the baking heat to the other side with the kids and all thier floats! But honestly just a minor unfavourable detail for me. Overall we loved it! We had two double beds in our rooms and it was bliss! The only recommendation I would make to ALL hotels, put some hooks to hang bags and a few items as there is not a massive amount of storage space when you have 3 large suitcases so some easy to access spaces would be great! None of the above would hinder me recommending this hotel!

The hotel was amazing! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with my emirates flight and needed to contact emirates and one of the staff members used his phone to help me! I was at the verge of a breakdown. I’m so grateful to him! The hotel was clean. The hotel is insane.

Honestly this is small and barely impacted us but our room didn't have air con working so the staff moved us when a similar room had become available (2 days after we checked in) but the new room was in an area with high footfall, it was the room closest to the bar which meant loud music til 12am and it was beneath the public restrooms which meant loud noise throughout the night in to the morning. I would expect, if there was an inconvenience, that you would move people right away to a similar or better room. The hotel was not full so it seems a shame that this did not happen and instead we got a worse room (but still comfy and at least was cool enough to sleep). Kids club was OK but my daughter said it felt a bit more like a nursery/childminders rather than fun packed activities, which meant she was bored during the very short time she was there and much rathered being in the pool and near to us so we didn't send her again. She said some kids were just sat there on their own iPads which feels like you're wasting your money really, they can sit in the shade on a sunlounger and do that. It is good you can do it by the hour or the day though so we did get a little break without causing our little girl too much boredom.

What an incredible hotel, the pools are just perfect, breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced, so much choice and fresh food. The staff are incredible, day and night entertainment was always really high quality it really is a 5 star service. Beds are super comfy and the shower was nice and powerful. I loved that you could have inflatables in the pool and that the kids area was really safe and we could just sit and observe. We had a complimentary photoshoot which felt awkward at the time but the images we got out of it were some of the best we've had as a family.

The room was a little smelly and we had to get people in to fix things twice out of 5 days but in saying that the staff came straight away and was fixed instantly.

The main pool is very loud and meant for small children. No access to the chill out pool unless you had a room in that wing of the hotel. Fortunately they gave us access to the chill pool. The food is average at best and all the cocktails are too sweet and do not contain very much alcohol.

The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and the room was clean
