Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

2nd stay. This is not a resort like hotel, so other facilities are standard. But for me who regularly go to Medan for family visit, this hotel meets all my requirements for staying in Medan. Room is small but clean and compact. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is always clean. Around the location there are plenty restaurants, street food, and cafes.

DenmarkThe second room we had was not as clean and there was a lot of black hair on the bathroom floor and we found one under the bed linen. The rooms was not soundproof as advertised. You can hear your neighbours speak and the noise from the street with karaoke and traffic.
We ended up staying 2 nights. The first room we had was very clean and we enjoyed the large room with comfortable bed. Very nice buffet breakfast and central location in Medan.
