Location is just in a walking distance to the SICC, the concert's venue, which is the main purpose of visiting Sentul on that day.. The staffs were also helpful and kind, and even let us to check in early.. really appreciate that

The furniture was quite old and unmaintained but the room was spacious.

The room is quite spacious and clean. Really love how they take care of the COVID-19 protocol during breakfast time. Good breakfast with various options. I love all of the dishes and their service during breakfast. The water was strong and the hot water worked. They also take care of the swimming pool cleanliness.

We didn't get to try the breakfast (not the hotel's fault). One of the pillows was not comfy.

All in all it was very good. I like the view, the pool and the room. The staff was nice. We got early check-in, and we got a double room that we requested. We wanted to stay in the hotel longer.

the pool was clean although in pandemic situation. There are 2 polls that suit for kids. My nephew really enjoyed the pool. Nice for staycation.

The hotel has several facilities for the kids and it's awesome!! Swimming pool is compulsory for the kids but other outdoor facilities such as archery, atv, soccer field, trampoline, hobbit-house, playground and also indoor facility-kids club, will indulge your kids. Meanwhile for adult, trecking, cycling or gym may be the best option to get while you stay in this hotel. We do believe that the hotel has conducted very best effort to make guest's experience more comfort and enjoyable in the midst of this pandemic by disinfecting the room (sealed with the sticker) and also by providing hand-sanitizer on several public facilities. The process both for check-in and check-out were pretty fast. Well done!!

bathroom poorly maintained. fungus on the tiles. shower door stained. toilet flush not working... The outside lounge is hot during day time. a few ceiling fans would likely do the trick.

The interior of the room need to be refreshed since the hotel was 10 years established.

Playing ground for kid are various and the meal was delicious. The staff was hospitable and we could early check in on this hotel without any additional charge. The swimming pool was large and there are a kid's club there.

the room service menu has limited option, during weekend, a bit difficult to find parking lot especially when they have an event in the hotel (wedding reception, office gathering, etc)

Road outside of hotel is under construction so very busy outside of the hotel, however you cannot hear any traffic noise from the rooms.

Good location for getting out in Sentul, large comfortable rooms with great AC and a good choice of TV channels. Well equipped and maintained room and bathroom.
