Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe room was a lot smaller than we thought it was a tight squeeze with our luggage but it worked out. Getting to the room with luggage was a mission. The porter did his best but had to carry the luggage for the last bit because there were stairs. The shower pressure was insane! It felt like pebbles being thrown at you hahaha but it was functional and does what it needs to!
The location was really close to the airport which was convenient for layovers. The breakfast was fantastic. So much to choose from and having the chefs in the kitchen cook your eggs to your specifications was great! The pool was great too and the staff were fantastic and so friendly and wanting to always help!

United KingdomOnly 1 key for hotel room and electric. Bali is very hot and after a long day of touring you just wanted comfortable and cool room. The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests they have. It's like fighting for a dining place every morning. However, staff are very attentive and will provide for what you need even before you ask it of them.
The location is very near the airport. For only a few days stay this is ideal for us. The hotel has a free shuttle service which is very convenient for a 5-10min drive to the airport. The staff are all very helpful. There are many supermarkets and convenience store around the area.

Stayed here for one night before a very early flight. Very well located for the airport with a free shuttle bus to the airport (make sure you tell the driver whether you need dropping at the international or domestic terminal though as they are a short ride away from each other). Hotel was smart with lovely pool and restaurant as well as outdoor dining area by the pool. Rooms were well appointed with tea and coffee making facilities, toothbrush and toothpaste etc. Staff all very helpful.

Nice hotel! It’s close to the airport with a free shuttle service every hour from airport to the hotel. We checked in early at 2 AM and rest before the beginning of our Bali trip. Breakfast buffet starts at 6:30 AM. Complimentary bottle water was also included.

AustraliaHaving sewerage water coming out from the shower for the first minute or so after turning it on. No satisfactory explanation was provided for the problem. Also, we were told the airport shuttle took 10 minutes, it actually took more than 20. The shuttle bus was open to the elements and back seats were rickety.
The pool was clean and had good lounge seats around it. You could order food and drinks from there and they were good. The room was handy to the pool. It was also quiet and the beds were comfortable.
