The breakfast could be better

The Bungalows are Indonesian style and his very green and clean. Near to the Mushrrom beach ( 4 minutes walking ) . The Family are very kind and help us to rent a motor bike and with all information. .

Everything else was a let down. Firstly the approach to the hotel is really really bad. The roads had more potholes than road! Secondly the A/C was barely keeping up with the heat. It took one-two hours for it to be comfortable. Lastly the pool wasn't the cleanest. Another nitpick is that the rooms are too dark and dingy, with a lot of insects crawling around everywhere, much more than usual.

The place had good greenery. We even saw a dragon fruit growing. The place is also close to a sunset point which we really enjoyed.

Photos of acommodation are old a doesn't show current conditions of acommodation. From the photos there should have been a fridge in our cottage. There was none. When we asked if we can get one (we needed it because of travelling with one year old baby to store the food for the baby), we've been told that there are only 2 fridges in the whole resort and both are being used somewhere else, so we could get one in like 2 days. We requested a crib for the baby but we found a cockroach in it (not a big deal, cockroaches are common in the area), but writing it for the next travellers. The wifi doesn't work at all, speed test was showing me 0.6 Mb speed. There should be a restaurant in the acommodation according to booking.com but there's none. So we moved out after the first night (our booking was for one week). I texted the acommodation and asked to change the reservation to get at least part of my money back. I've been told that I need cancel on booking, because they already payed a commision to Booking. I tried but because we already spend a night, it wasn't possible. I texted the owner again and told him that I requested change of dates (which I did like 4 times). He told me that I need to cancel. I asked again if there is any possibility to get part of out money back and that I am happy to pay him the commision he paid to Booking.com. The last mesage from him was sorry. I am not very happy about it.

Location is nice. Staff is nice and helpful!

The huts are a bit worn down already. We had troubles during the night with rats coming in and out the thatched roof. First it was only the sound of something crawling and then we saw a few of them runing up and down the beams of the roof. So the night was quite long, they kept waking us up and in the morning there were rat poops all over the furniture and our stuff. The towels were a bit dirty and old, could be replaced. No one informed us about breakfast time and we never got breakfast.

The pool area is nice to hang out by and the owners were nice enough to let us stay by the pool after our check out time. The price is very afordable.

For this price more than we expected. Good value for money. Cabins are basic but clean Good service. Friendly family operates this place Little bit dated maybe but good place to stay in Lembongan. Short walk to mushroom beach with restaurants. The road by taxi was more challenging but in line with the roads on the island.

We were a little bit surprised by the cleanliness rate on booking.com as we got stained towels and the sheets had some old spots on (to be fair, the sheets smelled detergent though). The mosquito net had stains on as well. The bathroom is an outside space so you will get bugs (centipedes and mosquitoes mostly) but we didn’t mind, the issue was the sink piping that was disconnected so the water was running on our feet.

Super friendly staff (especially the lady!) and great location just a few steps from Mushroom Bay. The pool seamed clean (we didn’t use it though) and the garden and exterior were nice! We were welcomed by the stuff with a fresh juice and the owner was kind enough to pick us up from the harbor.

The aircon and wifi both weren’t great.

Kutut and wife were very friendly and helpful, we could hire a scooter from them for $5-$10 a day depending on size. The location was perfect! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still only a couple min walk to the beach! Room was cleaned every day which was great, breakfast was included in the rate, pretty basic but good for the price.
