Beds remade very morning, villa was in central Seminyak but offset from the street by a trees laneway, so it was very quiet, private swimming pool was well maintained, nice kitchen facilities. And two friendly dogs who welcomed you when you got to the facilities and made you feel safe each night.

Too many millipede in the villa but frankly, they are harmless and does not bother us at all.

No tea, coffee, sugar provided. Cups and a kettle but no tea☹️. The kitchen sponge was disgusting ( maybe change for new after each guest has left..they are only a few cents each) The pump action plastic container for dishwashing liquid was so brittle that it smashed in my hands when I tried to use it. Again, small things that could easily be addressed. The outdoor roller blinds were mouldy and disgusting, not pleasant to look at. But that said, overall the place was in good condition.

Booked very last minute, fabulous staff, lovely well maintained gardens and surrounds. Got free upgrade to the deluxe 2 bedroom villa, huge clean pool with easy access steps. Massive bedroom and clean comfy bed, room serviced each day. Big bathroom and shower area, although no extractor so it was like walking into a sauna every time you needed the loo😉. Clean white towels provided. Air con not cold enough for me to cool down such a huge bedroom, so i bought a desk fan for the bedside, which solved the issue. Beautiful outdoor area with plenty of space to sit. Quality furnishings for the most part. Nice decor. Would book again. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's good value for a short stay.

The toilet leaks a little but everything else was amazing.

The location was amazing. Right in the heart of Seminyak with cafes shops and beach in walking distance but the villa is so quiet you’d never know. The staff are so accommodating and friendly, they did everything they could to make our trip amazing. If we ever had an issue they jumped on it straight away. Always felt safe in our villa. We fell in love with the resident dogs Jenny and Snoppy. Can park scooter right outside Villa door. We loved it!

The location is in the heart fo seminyak, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had to wait over 25 minutes to check it because there was no one in the reception area, and no one came when the phone rang either. Also, I had to pay more than the rate given on Booking.com since I needed to make a payment on the property and the currency had changed. Overall, this villa is still excellent value for money and short vacation getaway.

I appreciate how peaceful and clean this villa is. There are no dining facilities, but it is easy to get food by walking to a range of restaurants or ordering Grab/Gojek food for delivery. Only a short walk from the main Seminyak centre. Also, please keep your valuables locked up when you leave the villa, as the property staff can still come to clean even if you lock it hehe.

Having to leave...

Everything! The privacy of your own small pool and garden. Staff were amazing. The villa was cleaned daily to a high standard. The comfy bed and crisp white sheets. Amazing location and very quiet at night . Gardener was out every day. The villa had the 2 best wee dogs jenny & snoopy. Seen a few negative reviews on dated kitchen etc.. Who would goto bali to cook? If we return to seminyak we would 100% book again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Getting a little run down

Staff were super friendly and could not do enough for you. Getting a little tired and needs an overhaul, but still a good location central to everything. Added bonus was the peaceful surroundings and the privacy of our own pool!

Everything was really great we really enjoyed our stay there. There’s nothing I would say that we didn’t like.

I liked how close the villa was to all the shops and restaurants also to beautiful Seminyak beach and other beautiful beaches. And I loved their two cute dogs Jenny and snoopy very friendly and adorable I miss them.🥲❤️

(1) No breakfast provided (2) Slippery floor in the bathrooms; (3) Some upkeep required - certain parts of the villas are a bit rundown, although they do not affect their functionality.

(1) Close proximity to the center of Seminyak, where in a 3-minute walk you will be on the main street; (2) Comfortable beds; (3) The floaties are pleasant surprises.

Nothing to dislike..

Every thing is really good here, I read every review before booking and anything negative was not true, the place is fabulous! We had 9 nights in Bali and booked for 5 nights here and were going to check out somewhere else for the other 4 nights but luckily rebooked here for the entire time, everyone loves it here and didn’t want to leave.
