although there was a kitchen, I found making a tea or coffee difficult. I couldn’t see a regular kettle, coffee etc. the walkway in the rain is quite slippery

The aircon is crazy and even set up at very high temperature you feel like in freezer. Need to Wake up and turn it off and on.

Great location in seminyak center but very quiet. Very nice pool where you can relax. Nice bathroom and big Villa size. They have water refill in the Villa which is very nice.

The pool steps are super slippery with loose tiles needs some work. Loads of mosquitos but coils were lit for me while I was out which was lovely.

Amazing location and super quiet. Got a last minute bargain rate too. Great helpful friendly staff.

Abit of a walk in from the main road.

The staff was really nice and shared more on what's around the area. The cleaning staff were helpful as well. The location is fantastic as there are many options from massage to food to convince stall.

it was centrally located, older style Balinese, which we like. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and the beds were amazing, so comfortable and big!

Tirta is a wonderful host. Excellent communication in the lead-up, and great to deal with on the ground. There was an issue with the first night's accommodation, a booking system error, and we were put in a different hotel/villa. To compensate us, Tirta organised for all transfers to be taken care of. She speaks excellent English, and couldn't be more helpful. The a/c is good, the pool is clean, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are well-appointed.

There was no coffee and sugar or creamer supplied for earlier morning start.

We were upgraded for first night in 2 bedroom villa at end of path and noticed this one was a little in need of maintenance on walls and light fittings which was understandable after Covid circumstances. Second night we were moved to 1 bedroom villa and found it to be well maintained and accomodating. AC was fantastic. Gardens were well maintained.

Need some mosquitoes 🦟 coils and repellents. In house Hair Dryer need to change., so old. Need to provide Room slippers. Floor tiles are cold.

Location, very spacious private villa with pool, nice compound with garden terrace. Staffs are helpful. Value for stay in very Center of Seminyak near to the beach 15 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and bar and shops around the corner. Bed is very comfortable.

There were a couple of teething problems mainly with the hot water for showering, The saucepans & fry pans are well past there use by date plus better knives & forks would be ideal. When the rooms are serviced every day apart from leaving bath towels, hand towels would also be ideal with just some attention to detail, such as tissues and checking the shower gels, shampoo etc, so they are full on arrival. Some coffee mugs would not go astray either. However with the short comings in the kitchen area, as soon as we asked for something it was certainly no trouble for the staff to respond and rectify.

The location was perfect, Tilta the hostess was absolutely superb, she was so polite & helpful it was a lovely experience to have met her & she us made feel so welcome. She is an asset to have as your first person of contact. She gets 5 stars from us. The boys who worked at the property were also very helpful & obliging. The swimming pool in Villa 4 was superb, was clean & just a delight to swim in. Villa No4 was at the rear of the property & was so quite and serene it was just perfect for a relaxing get away but close enough to Eat street to be just great.

Understandably Covid has made life difficult for everyone in Bali. The Villa is a reflection of this. It was clean however it was very tired and some of the towels and pillows need urgent replacement.

I had issues with being bitten by bugs. Didn’t have an issue once I bought bug spray from a nearby supermarket and sprayed everywhere. Shower didn’t have a lot of pressure.

Great location, and incredibly quiet, couldn’t eve n hear the street noise from the busy street that was only a 1 min walk away! Bed was very comfortable, and the private pool was lovely!!
