A bit far from the beach, but the pool totally compensates.

Lovely villas, well located in a quiet area, but walking distace to heart of Seminyak and the beach. The two bed villa was very comfortable, with a lovely pool. The staff were all outstanding, Ketut our butler looked after us well and catered for all our needs. Adi our driver was very knowlegdeable and friendly. He took us on a tour of the south, and transported us when we left. I would recomend these villas as a great place to stay in Seminyak.

One thing that we didn't like sadly was the fact we couldn't take Gusti home back to Perth.

What a magic place to visit for the week. We spent an awesome few days in this great place. We were privileged to have Gusti as our butler , he took exceptional care of us , was terrific with our kids and breakfast each morning was amazing. The villas themselves were immaculate and suited our every need. All team at Hevea villas were great, including our driver , who took us to our next holiday stop. Cannot wait for our next visit.

The toilet/ bath in one of the rooms is open from one corner which attracts mosquitoes and also you don’t feel to have a bath in the tub there. Our kids even hesitated to get into that bathroom as they were scared for mosquito bites.

Good sized property and clean. Beds and mattresses were very nice. We slept a lot there. Property is very close to all the amenities but in a tight street which was little difficult for our driver to manage.

One of the bathrooms had aircon but the other one that we had was an outdoor bathroom. It was so hot and at nights the mosquitoes would bite you even with the coils. Im pretty allergic to them so i wish i chose the room with the indoor bathroom. This didnt bother my children or partner though.

We had the most amazing stay at Hevea Villas. Our butler was called Agus. He made our breakfast every morning and nothing was ever too much trouble. He would head to the supermarket for anything we needed even drinks we wanted. We all got sick at some point for 12-24hrs of the holiday and Agus went to get us special coconuts to drink to stop the sickness, which worked a treat! He even altered the breakfast menu for something kinder on our tummys. We booked the suckling pig as a private dining event at the villa and they organised a chef and decorated the villa beautifully. The villa was stunning and they organised a pool fence as we had a 1 and two year old with us. This made the holiday much more relaxing knowing they where safe. The manager was amazing and came to greet us and introduce himself on arrival and departure. He even cane to check on us all once he heard we became unwell to ensure it wasn’t from the villa (which it was not). June and the other staff at the villa are also fantastic, they spray the room daily and light coils to prevent mosquitoes and it helped so much! The villa has a lovely sitting area thats covered but outside which is nice, we also loved that it had some lawn area for the kids to play which is seperate from the pool. The location is amazing, very central to everything but quiet enough for our family nights and great for cocktails and dancing on our child free nights. We cant wait to book again, We honestly were treated like kings and had such a relaxing time! Thank you So much Hevea Villas!!

Great and very nice decorated villa. Fantastic big pool between beautiful greenery in private garden. A lot of hospitality from whole team. Very tasty breakfast each day prepared in our villa by our nice butler- Gede. Fantastic location in Seminyak - close to everything.

The location is great in Seminyak. A short walk to the main streets but very quiet and private. The private pool is beautiful. Our rooms were beautiful, so comfortable, and the housekeeping was lovely. Thank you Gusti for our breakfast and coffee each morning, was wonderful to meet you.

The facility is slightly old but it has its charm.

Such a lovely staff and hospitality. Attentive pick up and tour by the driver Adi, amazing butler Suci always ensuring we were cared for. Family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was also nice having well cleaned pool by beautifully maintained garden. Great breakfast.

The choice of breakfast could improve by introducing more options.

When we arrived, due to delays in our flight, it was 2:00 am, but we were greeted by super friendly staff. Very inviting group of people with professional approach. Many thanks to Gede and Suci for welcoming us to this heavenly place. Gede was our butler for our stay. He prepared our breakfast in the morning while looking after us during the whole journey. He was such a lovely and caring butler, and I could not thank him enough. The place was super clean, and the bed sheets were fresh. Everything had been thought about and taken care of. Nothing was there that we disliked. Even we asked for massuers to come to our villa, and we enjoyed the comfort of our place to enjoy the massage. The location of the villa was the best. Very close to Semyniak's shops, bars and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Ku De Ta and around 10 minutes drive to Potato Head. Although it is close to the main street, but it is far from from the noise coming from bars. All in all, one of the best experiences in South East Asia.

The villa is located in a very narrow lane, so some taxi drivers refused to pick us up by car. I believe this is quite common though with villas in Seminyak.

We stayed in Villa 2b which came with two adjoining rooms, a pool, a kitchen and an entertainment/dining space. We loved the convenience of a pool (it gets very hot) and Putu serving us breakfast each morning - options range from eggs, pancakes, cereal, oats, to Indonesian plates. Putu catered to my in-laws when they were fasting (only eating vegan) and was very attentive to us during our stay. He even showed us how to cut fruit Bali style.

Needs a fresh coat of paint and a little upgrade. Kitchen was run down but we didn’t use it except for the fridge.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, living area spacious, garden and pool were nice. Staff were great and very accomodating.

The property description pictures included all complex units. We found this a bit confusing. We did not realize our unit did not have three personal bathrooms.

We loved the staff at the property! They made our stay! Both the morning and evening butler were amazing. We also felt very safe with the security team. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The property was the cleanest of clean!

the premises weren’t entirely clean. Near the pool as a clump of hair left from the previous people plus an empty beer can under the lounge chair. Breakfast butler very nice however breakfast was reheated with microwave making the bacon hard as rubber….danish and croissants very rubbery again with the use of microwave. The villa not entirely relaxing as there was construction going on next door. Also the pool had an excessively noisey water feature fountain which was on all night on our first nights stay….it sounded more like a Japanese water torture device. We asked to have it shut off….

Very comfortable, homely. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room cleaned daily and mosquitoes were well controlled. Lovely having a private pool.

Nothing its perfect . We wouldnt change a thing

Hevea Villas 1 bedroom villa is the perfect place for a couple. Its an amazing secluded oasis with a really easy (flat) walk to eat street and shopping. Gede our Butler cooked us a breakfast of our choosing every morning during our stay and kept the villa looking perfect for our whole stay. Nothing is too much trouble and the rest of the staff including the security staff to help you across the entrance street from all the motorbikes (that you never hear when in the villa) Special mention the the Villa manager Made Ardita who answered questions before our stay and checked in frequently to ensure we were constantly delighted. We would highly recommend a stay here and we will be back.
