Nice spacious room with an amazing view. It's also a very unique architecture. Hotel is idyllic and peaceful and good views over ubud from the roof.

Beautiful relaxing traditional balinese hotel. Tasty breakfast on the roof toop with beautiful views around Ubud. Just a short walk to center. Many restaurants around. Great value for money. Easy to fiind even thow its a bit tuck away in the rice fields. Rustic Balinese atmosphere .

The bathtub isn't working.

It's in the prime location and you can walk to most of the attractions. The environment of the cottage represents the history of Hindu.

The breakfast service is a big slow but they do their best and serve fresh juice that is very nice.

It was a nice luxury bedroom with private big bathroom and toilet, it looks like a rich private villa in Balinese style, walking through the rice field, close to the main streets in Ubud and local restaurants and shops. Monkey forest is 24 min away. Nice breakfast. The host is very nice and ready to help in case you need.

Location super cool. It’s city centre but the place out of the street, you won’t hear sounds of motorbikes ) the architecture of the house traditionally local, very beautiful. Around rise fields and great view from terrace where usually you can have breakfast. The owner and the stuff very welcome and nice people. Especially thank you for flexibility !)

Smell from drains in the bathroom. Noisy from our bedroom as it was very close to reception. Air con quite noisy.

Great breakfast, location great. Hard to find at first.. it's a 2 minute walk from Bisma Street. Staff very helpful. Premises very beautiful. Lovely scenery from top floor. Especially loved the incense burning in the morning through the garden for breakfast.

Cottage isn’t accessible by road thus do expect some walks with your luggage between paddy fields to get there. Not a bad thing but just did not expect this. Room is clean just a bit run down (bathroom tap leaking and noisy AC). Nonetheless it’s value for money and for a real Balinese “home stay” experience.

Location is very interior. Vehicle can not go up to the hotel. You have to walk with luggage for around 400 metres. Otherwise property is good.

Staffs are very cooperative. Breakfast was superb.

The cleanliness could have been better, especially the bathroom. Also, the bathtub did not seal properly so we couldn't take a bath because the water was leaking.

The breakfast was delicious, do try green pancakes. Location near the centre of Ubud, just a few minute walk from everything you need. The room was spacious and the window was huge with a great view.

There were some spiderwebs in the corners and sand kept falling from the roof ever time it rained.

The location was off the main road and therefore peaceful and quiet, but still withing walking distance of Ubud center and most tourist attractions. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating and very helpful in finding guides and drivers. The few issues that arose they handled beautifully. The breakfast was delicious with great variety and something for everyone, though we did have an order mix up on our last day. The rooftop had an amazing view, and we enjoyed eating there every day. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Really for the price I can't complain about anything

Huge clean rooms, friendly staff, central location yet very quiet. Awesome value for money. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Ubud
