Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThey said non smoking Floor and Room. I stayed at 701. However the Toilet / Bath had smell of Cigarette smoke. The House keeping staff also confirmed it, it was at 11.00pm. He said may be from the exhaust system. Second night the room I could smell cigarette smoke. I had switched off the AC. I did complain to the receptionist and he said that it maybe from the Central AC but it shouldn't happen as it was a Non Smoking Floor. I had a Korean visitor too. He stayed in 801. The price of Beer is too expensive.
From the Bell Boy to Reception and the Restaurant, all are welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The breakfast was good.

IndonesiaBooked the onsen an hour in advance but when I get there an hour later the water still was not warm enough. Ended up just using the tub in the room for a hot water bath.
The hotel was nice and clean. we got upgraded to a bigger room with a nice view. the food was also nice. overall great experience.

GermanyEmployees weren't motivated at breakfast. They didn't came to the table to ask about coffee etc. Didn't check if enough food and items were in the basket. Very very poor. Was put into a smoking room, but booked a non smoking room. After serveral discussuions I got moved.
