Lack of restuarant/room service is slightly disappointing

The beach in front of the hotel is intresting due to the boats but very dirty - a big minus for not having any actions to tidy it up.

The pool has really nice view towards the sea. Hotel has an interesting concept of the reception desk and hall in the ground floor - design as if it was a swimming pool. Very nice guys at the reception desk.

Hotel room was okay, clean. Rooftop pool was very nice - nice view and sunsets. Hotel stuff was very kind and helpfull with everything, as well as stuff in restaurant. Food was also very good.

A certain lack of character. not the most beautiful beach when you are coming from the Gold Coast in Australia.

the free shuttle from the airport. it was very quiet, close to the beach and confortable. The mattress were better than usual on Bali. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a lot of choice including a variety of fruits.

All staff are friendly n professional. The driver Putu rang me while I was on the custom queue, no problem with free transfers. Arie at Reception went out his way to assist n even organized my little surprise for my birthday the next morning. The pool on roof top was so clean w magnificent views. Room super clean. I 'll be back n stay longer. It was in South Kuta but you could walk everywhere on the beach. Love to be out of busy Kuta. Highly recommended the room, so clean. The friendly staff at restaurant asked if you want fresh juice made to your likings..feel like a queen.

The staff was courteous and property is well located between Jerman beach and Kuta beach. The walk to the Jerman beach is just 50-60 footsteps from the property. The swimming pool has a great view overlooking the ocean

breakfast options are super cool even for vegan. next to the airport and the beach. shuttle pick up every hour. Unexpected for Bali clean and white textile: towel, sheets etc. small stroll by beach and you are next to shopping mall

There was no AC in the Foyer Area, and it was just too warm and humid. I booked 4 rooms, and they were not close to each other, I didn't want my kids to be away on the other side of the building. It was hard to understand why was it not possible to allocate rooms together even though they were booked 1 month in Adavance.

The room is on the small side and we did have an issue with hot water during one of our showers.

The location was great and having the sister resort amenities was great. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a great value with lots of choices and attentive staff. We had a later flight and received a complimentary late check out.

Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of choices, and the room is new & very clean, a very high standard of cleanliness, a very well maintained room, very close to the Kuta Beach and airport, located in traffic jam free area in kuta.
