Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Indonesia1) One of the table light bulb in the room been flickering on and off. Yes, I didn't report it, since I didn't use the lamp. But it would be good if the maintenance departement check it regularly. 2) Had a low battery function for the TV remote. Some part of the remote seems won't work although I've clicked it. Some of the channel in the TV cable didn't have signals. 3) From all the foods that been served at the buffet for breakfast that normally should come as a warm food, few foods were less warm. A bit dissapointed. Sorry...
It was my 2nd time staying at Holiday Inn Express JIEXPO. Overall, like my 1st stayed, it was wonderful and worth the price. 1) The cleanliness at the hotel & room is good. 2) The staffs are profesional, polite, informative & friendly. 3) The room is quite big, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean. 4) The restaurant F&B has variation for breakfast menu, the taste of the foods are quite delicious. At the end, it still was a pleasant stay for me that weekend. I would love to comeback again and stay at your hotel someday. 🥰

IndonesiaThe staff is not as fast and intuitive. Like i had trouble going to my room floor due to the elevator button, and inform this to the front desk and one of the staff just like blank and too lazy to help.
The room is clean, and before i entered the room they already prepare for us, the AC they already turn it on so the room was already cold enough and that is a very nice thing to have.

ChinaDuring this period, someone opened my room with a room card, he is not a service staff member. It should be that the receptionist of the hotel made a mistake in the room number. Continental breakfast was not good enough. There should be more alternatives (like cheese etc) but being very close to exhibition center make life very easy. Because there is a traffic jam almost very hour. If you are here for business its a good place to stay.
