Not suitable for swimming in the sea

The lobby, the pool and the pool bar inside the hotel are very nicely decorated. The family room is very well designed and offers enough space for both the children and you to relax. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we had the opportunity to sleep very well. By the way, kids club gives you the opportunity to leave the children happy and have some time for yourself. restaurant; It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you buy one of the main dishes for lunch and dinner, they serve two children's menus to your children free of charge. All the staff were happy, friendly and very respectful.

Every thing was Great

Great property and location in close proximity to shops / restaurants and ATM. The best part of the stay was the staff. They all are super friendly and always helpful. Kids love the Kids club and the caretaker there Indiana is Fantastic. Breakfast was great with lot of options with great coffee. Special thanks to NANO , NANDA , AYU(ADMIN), RATNI and all the staff who do a fantastic job in taking care of the guests.

This is a wonderful property with an amazing team who are so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. They were so welcoming and my son loved the pool the beach and of course the wide food options. Great location for an easy explore of the area.

I booked this hotel also due to closeness to the beach. But the beach is really terrible - wastes everywhere.

It was very good. Beach approach was disappointing as it was full of leaves and other things. The stajj was very helpful and courteous particularly Tasya and Diah were excellent in their help and service.

The rooms were small. The beach wasn’t great. It was dirty at places .. low tide at times and not the sparkling clean beach we were expecting.

Our family room (I believe it is labelled as the Adventure family bedroom, with bunk beds) was located close to the lift at the front, room was facing the main road. There were quite alot of noise from the traffic at night, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider asking for a room closer to the beach end. We survived the nights anyway so not too much of a deal breaker for us. Beach and sea isn't too clean, but not horrible. We could not get ourselves to touch the sea. Not the fault of the hotel but when visiting Bali, don't expect clean beaches.

There was a great selection of breakfast, as what I expect from an Asian hotel where there is a mix of cuisine on offer. Most of the other meals were pretty good too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, to both adults and kids. Everyone went above and beyond making our stay memorable and enjoyable. The pool was great, although the pool slide wasn't as fun, but was made up by the different pools which were close to each other. There is a shop opposite for snacks and drinks. Fantastic resort for kids.

The staff were the friendliest, most helpful staff we’ve ever encounter in our many stays in Bali, over the past 25 years. They couldn’t do enough to accommodate our needs. One of our party was vegan and she was so well looked after. We were there for my 50th and we had our room upgraded to a pool/beach view room.

There is not single bad thing that can be mentioned. It is a dream hotel

We absolutely loved every aspect of the hotel! From the moment we stepped in, the warm and welcoming ambiance made us feel right at home. The impeccable attention to detail in the room decor and amenities truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. Special thanks to Ms. Geksa from reception team and Ms. Novia "putu" from restaurants team. 4 amazing pools, access to private clean golden sand beach. Gym and kids club.... perfect Additionally, the breakfast and the dining experience was exceptional, with a diverse menu of exquisite dishes. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfection.
