Everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The room was lovely and clean and air con was a god send. Breakfast was lovely, specially the pancakes.

The price-performance balance was definitely not good. I would expect a room for which I paid this much per night to at least be larger and have more than 1 chair on the balcony. My view room was poolside and not open enough, but I paid extra for the top floor. I asked for a room change, but I was told that the rooms were full, another staff member said that the hotel had 30% occupancy.

Since it was a new facility, everything was clean and well-maintained. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful

We absolutely loved our stay. Room is beautiful with incredible ocean views as well as being modern and very clean. The entire property is perfectly manicured. Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from and not a lot of food wastage which we loved. Would highly recommend, the location is excellent, you’re right in the heart of Canggu, but once you step into this beautiful hotel it is bliss.

We felt breakfast could be improved by adding more options and rather a buffet then a la carte as it takes some time to prepare and bring to the table. Some portions were too big which we felt results in lot of food waist. Would prefer bamboo tootbrushes and some local shampoos rather then Dove.

Great hotel just next to the beach. Beach is more for surfing and walking however there are several beach clubs few mins walk/ride where you can go and enjoy pool/bit better beach but Canggu in general doesn’t have nice beaches. Lovely rooftop pool with nice view. Room was super clean and bed was the comfiest ever, you also get soft and firm pillow which was such a nice touch. Quite hotel no outside noise. We got lovely fruit platter for checking in in the room and on one more day. Lot of nice cafes and restaurants accesible by foot, but is also worth renting a scooter and enjoy differenr areas within 5-10min ride. You can also use Gojek (like Uber, which has motorbike and car option).

Breakfast servings took a long time. I asked for a glass of water which took about 10 mins. My breakfast was served 30 mins later.

I really loved the breakfast, so yummy and beautifully presented. The only minus here is in deed the location. Its seemd design wise disconnected from the rest of the hotel which is so beautifully designed. The breakfast room had the feeling of a canteen. But maybe it's just me.

Room not really ocean’s view eventhough they said it is. Roomah Restaurant has very tasteful menu but location is not very good with no view to outside.

Nothing, couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Everything was amazing!

The location was amazing, right in the hear of Canguu. There were plenty of places to eat, markets on our street and the beach was at the end of the road less than a 5 minute walk. The staff were so friendly and accomodating, they made us feel so welcome. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were so comfy and the rooftop pool was amazing with views of the ocean.

Completely new hotel, so everything is new and clean and looks really nice. The staff was extremely helpful and communicated with me very well even before my arrival. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very good bed. I loved the pool area - definitely my favorite spot (you can watch the sunset from there too). Breakfast was delicious. Great location in Canggu. (PS - I paid for my stay (I am no influencer) so this review really is genuine 😌)

The hotel opened just a few months ago so it’s still hasn’t reached its cruise momentum ;). For this reasons there were some ongoing but minor construction work and the breakfast buffet was not available. It was “a la carte”, although subject to same pricing as a the buffet breakfast. Hence it was a bit inconvenient, as we could not taste the variety of the available dishes as much as one can when a Buffet is offered. Also the in room-dining service available menu was limited.

Amazing location .. just a few meters from Canggu Beaches, all popular streets, shops and restaurants! The high 4 stars standards were clearly reflected in the decor, quality and kindness of the staff, comfort and cleanliness.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is brand new so all the facilities are super clean and on point. The staff are amazing - very nice and friendly, providing tips for local area and bars/restaurants to check out. Nice rooftop bar with great views of the ocean and a nice restaurant downstairs with a nice selection of dishes with generous portions. Their breakfast was also amazingly good. The location was great - close to the beach and bars/restaurants.
